They charged me for unnecessary special food and special shots. They wasted around a month of in and out of the clinic, before they suggested getting more testing done at a pet hospital. They failed to listen to and comprehend the observations of my cat's behavior at home. They acted like they didn't care, since it's just "an old cat". It was a traumatic and expensive experience that could have been prevented.
