I was told 6 were being placed on hold for me and I could pick them up later that day around 2:30-3. I drove half hour to pick up the ducklings and when I arrived the shipment hadn't come in and was most likely not going to be in that day. So I was told to come back the next for my ducklings. I was a little annoyed at that point. Now the next day rolls around and I give spikes a call to see if the ducks are in before I drive all that way. And what is the response I get? I was told by a woman on the phone that she had sold my ducklings!!! At this point I was livid! She told me nobody made her aware the ducks were on hold for someone. Poor Communication on the employees part! And did she try to do anything to resolve the situation? No not a thing. She simply said "well they're no longer here, so there's nothing I can do." "Would you like To place an order for next week?" NO! Those ducklings were suppose to be a birthday present for my niece today.

This was not a problem and she got her walks and hung out and got some snuggles. When we came to get her all of her things were ready to go and they immediately went to get her. They had nothing but good things to say and she was in great shape. Leaving your dog is never easy but if we need a place for her to stay in the future we definitely know who to call. Thank you for taking care of Harley!

Westonka Animal Hospital is simply the most pet-friendly animal clinic that we (pet owners and pets!) have ever experienced. The only BIG downfall is make sure you request Dana, Abby or the groomer with the cool hair colors. I never had an issue before but they have a new girl with no personality. I didn't feel confident she knew what she was doing at drop off and it was not the best quality groom. I didn't think it mattered who I go to but that is the only thing off at the moment. Not the best vibe off of her.
