Our dogs were kept in the basement where we were not allowed to go. Neither one of them ate while we were gone and we were not notified of this and they both had developed diarrhea. No one told us anything until we picked them up! So we went to pick them up after we got back from Texas and could see that something was very wrong. They each had lost 4 lbs!!! The older one was so weak that by the next day she could not stand. We took her to the emergency vet in Coon Rapids where they gave her some IV fluids and prescribed some medication. We were lucky that she made it. Our other dog pulled through okay. The Bed and Bone is not a good place for dogs and there is no communication about your dog. After this incident, I never boarded my dogs again but used Rover to have someone come to the house and stay with them. I highly recommend them. It might cost more but it's worth it, not just in price but in care, plus you're not paying an emergency vet bill. Its a bad bad bad place!

We were greeted right away by a friendly staff, and the owner, Tom, was there to answer all my questions. Tom gave me great advice on how get my picky eater to eat! It works when I use it but so hard to say no to Roy when he wants something tasty like shredded cheese sprinkled on his food, or freshly baked chicken right out of the oven. He has become spoiled. We are headed back today to pick up some food to help with Roy's allergies. I am praying this will work finally. Thank you to the Pet Stuff owner and staff.

The staff is always friendly, and willing to check the back if they don't have something. I have a picky puppy and a picky old cat when it comes to food, and they have given me plenty of samples to try for each of them - thankfully! My cat *attempted* to try 8 different samples, and only like the 9th one (of course). My puppy on the other hand, who is a little over one year old - still only eats the Fromm puppy food, not the adult version (of course)! I've never used the grooming services or self serve bath, but they are usually busy! While I used to bring my puppy here, as he got older he started to bark at everything, so I now leave him at home, but I love seeing all the well behaved pets! There is a huge parking lot here & make sure to sign up for the rewards program (especially if you shop a lot for your pets)!
