Brought my boy in to a groomer for the second time in his life. I was nervous as the previous…read moregroomer (different business) had said he didn't handle much of any of the grooming well (pulling away, anxious, etc). But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. I get nervous leaving my pup in the care of others, especially when you hear horror stories of abusive borders and groomers but I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back to Furry Tails! Thanks guys!

I forgot to review her and plan to take my dog back for a trim soon! Our dog had a lot of mats from exploring forests & running away in another state (was in care of relatives & just got back) Mary shaved it all and bathed my baby all under 2.5 hours & gave me a call. The mats turned into a full pelt and I'm so happy that Mary was able to help my poor baby. I picked up a whole different looking dog but she was so happy & Mary even cut up fabric, giving my dog a very cute bandana to wear! I trust Mary & was extremely happy with the end results, she even gave me a small educational lecture (I wasn't offended, I understood & glad she did it shows how much she truly cares) She said my dog is welcome back anytime & she recommends calling a week before I want her in. When we got our Shih Tzu she was squinting a lot in her right eye. I call the groomer the next day because her eye was still irritated and I wanted to ask what happened, the groomer said nothing. I then took my dog to the vet and she said her eye was scrapped. The owner DID NOT accept responsibility or offer any concern or reimbursment. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! Terrible.

We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs. There have been scheduling snafus, mysteries where we've just fallen off a waitlist, and the hand drying we always had documented in the system and was much preferred for our dogs with anxiety, fell off their radar and does not appear to be an option any longer. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.

When I arrived, she was still working with a few other clients so we waited for a bit but it was no problem. She was pretty quiet when I dropped them off but when I picked them up she opened up a bit and talked to me about my boys and other clients she has. I read great reviews about how she treats her pups and I saw that when I picked mine back up. They looked great, might I add!! I'm glad I found a place that grooms well AND cares about their clients. It's hard to find that sometimes and you don't want to be dropping your pups off just anywhere. She's got lots of award ribbons hung up that just proves she does a great job.

Our three dogs go there for spa services, day care, and overnights with our frequent travels. They will sometimes pick them up at our home and we have tremendous trust in them to care for our priceless pets. One of them is special needs (blind) and they ensure he's kept with our others and safe. We've had experiences where our dogs have come home injured and that has never been the case here!
