I called to see if she could fit me in this week and I lucked out with a cancellation. She recommends calling two weeks in advance! She groomed my five month old mini goldendoodle super well. He was not traumatized at all and was even happy after the grooming! I was super concerned because I have been told by vets that he is dramatic but it went well. Mary explained her process super well and she clearly cares about the dogs she grooms. Cash only & price varies!

She assured me my dog didn't need anything to sleep, and by the time I picked my dog up they were so close! This is a review from when we sent her to Mary a few days before St. Patrick's day. I forgot to review her and plan to take my dog back for a trim soon! Our dog had a lot of mats from exploring forests & running away in another state (was in care of relatives & just got back) Mary shaved it all and bathed my baby all under 2.5 hours & gave me a call. The mats turned into a full pelt and I'm so happy that Mary was able to help my poor baby. I picked up a whole different looking dog but she was so happy & Mary even cut up fabric, giving my dog a very cute bandana to wear! I trust Mary & was extremely happy with the end results, she even gave me a small educational lecture (I wasn't offended, I understood & glad she did it shows how much she truly cares) She said my dog is welcome back anytime & she recommends calling a week before I want her in. I definitely recommend and can't wait for the next appointment! Prices vary but are affordable for having to get a haircut every 6-8 weeks My phone reset a few nights ago so I apologize my only photo of the haircut is my dog with a filter

Katie did a good job with my dog and I like that they provide you a 'report card' after your grooming session. My dog is known to be a bit of a 'dancer' during grooming, but Katie did a good job despite my dog not being able to stand still for a long period of time. It was also convenient for them to invoice me since someone else was picking up my dog. Price wise, it is pretty price-y compared to other spots - I would say another $15-$25 compared to some of the other places I've taken my dog. They have a self-service wash which I have used before and it has come in handy.

The staff was friendly, but didn't give me much instruction on how to use the self-service part. I wasn't sure which products I could and could not use, and the products weren't all that. $30 for a single wash, it wasn't that grand. I can buy $7 dog shampoo at target that's better than what they provided. Also, the walls and floors were covered in poorly cleaned urine, which made my dog go nuts and want to lift his leg constantly.

When they got to my home, at first they were very nice, but once I started telling them my preferences on how I wanted their haircut to turn out, aka I didn't want them to try to de-matt my dogs with a comb, I just wanted it shaved/cut out so I didn't have to spend extra money (again, 3 dogs is expensive). The groomer wasn't okay with that, & literally got in the salon truck & LEFT. Without confirming why they were leaving!! It's so upsetting because we have been waiting to get them groomed at the mobile salon for longer than we wanted to, & then they treat their customers like that & LEAVE? We cannot believe this happened & we will NOT be asking them to come back.

When I previously brought my dog Mia to my old groomers she would wince and cry as we walked in the door of establishment. Now we have been seeing Keira for the past six months, monthly and Mia is always happy to walk in and most excited to see me when she is done. When I get her she not only looks incrediable beautiful, she smells amazing. My story gets better as I took in a cat recently that was full of mats and dander and over all pretty dirty. Her name is Clementine and she was filled with anxiety. I knew I needed to get her cleaned but because of her emotional state I thought I would have to have her sedated at the vet. When I mentioned this to Keria she encouraged me to bring Clem into her at Woof Centeal. I did, and not only is Clementine's coat restored her spirit is as well. She did beautifully and I am am forever grateful. I love you Keira thank you for loving my furry kids as much as you love your own!

Hugo is a Frenchie, so we've struggled a bit to find a daycare/boarding facility that would be comfortable for my high-maintenance little guy. Well, Lucky Dog exceeds "comfortable" by all of the parameters. The staff treats you like you are family - they go above and beyond for the clients and their fur babies. One example - when I pick Hugo up from his daycare playtime, he stubbornly just lays on the ground outside and refuses to get into the vehicle. The front desk girls (without me even asking them), "escort" us to the car and then Hugo happily jumps in and is ready to be on his merry way (until his next visit).
