I was nervous as the previous…read moregroomer (different business) had said he didn't handle much of any of the grooming well (pulling away, anxious, etc). But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. I get nervous leaving my pup in the care of others, especially when you hear horror stories of abusive borders and groomers but I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back to Furry Tails! Thanks guys!

He was able to refund the entire vet bill. Sometimes it's about the recovery. Thank you for helping me feel heard and not confused. This location offers supervised puppy day car for 4 hours one day a week. I was feeling ill so I needed a little nap. I called ahead of time asking what age puppies would be there as my puppy was only 3 months old. I was told 3 other puppies ages 4-5 months old. I felt ok with that so bright her in. When I picked her up I asked how she did and the staff worker told me she was being picked on. Knowing i was nervous about I (by calling ahead of time) maybe they should have called me. Anyway fast forward 2 days and we were at the vet getting her wound taken care of. She was hurt while in their care. She was put on 3 different medications and had her fur shaved. I realize it was my choice to bring her but I also expected them to take care of her. They have decided not to refund any of the vet visit. I am not asking for them to cover 100% of it but at least half. There is no way that my puppy did this to herself given the location on her back. We will not be back, to either location.

I used to get my boys groomed at petsmart back at home so I was worried on the day of when I hadn't heard anything about an appointment confirmation, but I texted and we were still good to go. When I arrived, she was still working with a few other clients so we waited for a bit but it was no problem. She was pretty quiet when I dropped them off but when I picked them up she opened up a bit and talked to me about my boys and other clients she has. I read great reviews about how she treats her pups and I saw that when I picked mine back up. They looked great, might I add!! I'm glad I found a place that grooms well AND cares about their clients. It's hard to find that sometimes and you don't want to be dropping your pups off just anywhere. She's got lots of award ribbons hung up that just proves she does a great job.

I didn't have to give my cat and calming meds at all and he's so much better. In addition, James was very good about communicating when he would be able to arrive and how he views his job. He's also reasonably priced! In fact, I think James may be a cat whisperer since my cat has been so affectionate and calm since he was groomed! I am very surprised and pleased with how my skittish boy is doing after James' work. He'll be coming back to do my other cat as well!!

I had such a negative experience at this clinic. I went here for a dental cleaning for my cat and…read moresigned up for the care plan to assist with costs. I had been told by her other vet that the problems she was having could be due to needing a teeth cleaning. During the week of her initial visit with this clinic her breathing sounded congested. Long story short she had cancer and ended up passing away. I came to this clinic 3 times in the span of two weeks. Friday 7/3, At the initial visit I made a follow up appointment to complete tests needed for the dental for the following Friday, 7/10. Wednesday 7/8, I was told to make a visit with urgent care for a CT scan. She was given fluids and medicine to help her eat, her face was asymmetrical which prompted the urgent care referral. The plan was for me to get her a CT scan before her dental, if I was not able to get her into a CT scan before then to move forward with the dental cleaning. On Friday 7/10, I came in for the blood draw with her. I had received a confirmation email the day prior stating we had an appointment. The clinic had lost the appointment time. I was told that we weren't carrying through with the dental cleaning since they did not think she would be able survive being put under anesthesia, which was news to me as I was not informed of that on Wednesday. My cat was declining and I wanted someone to look at her to to further assess what was going on, I was told to come back at 3pm when our appointment was at 11- they were able to accommodate having a doctor come look at her after I advocated for keeping our confirmed appointment that was set up by the clinic. I was then told she had cancer. I was told I could pay the portion of the care plan that we used instead of for the whole year since she has passed. I was told I could return the Revolution Plus they gave me because it was unopened and have it removed from my care plan payments. I returned it last weekend (7/25) and was informed by staff they were unable to provide any proof or documentation that I returned the item. I've emailed the care plan provider on Monday (7/27) and Wednesday (7/29) and they have not responded to me stating that the item was received. I had an incredibly dreadful experience at this clinic. I would not recommend them to others. To me, communication was lacking multiple times throughout this experience that was stressful to begin with.
