Amanda is absolutely amazing with our pup, and since we've started at Ollu, our pup hasn't had any GI issues. Overall they take amazing care of your dog while they are there. We have always done the full service option. If your dog has anxiety or other issues, they are very accommodating and are overall very concerned and mindful about dog health and challenges. I forgot to review her and plan to take my dog back for a trim soon! Our dog had a lot of mats from exploring forests & running away in another state (was in care of relatives & just got back) Mary shaved it all and bathed my baby all under 2.5 hours & gave me a call. The mats turned into a full pelt and I'm so happy that Mary was able to help my poor baby. I picked up a whole different looking dog but she was so happy & Mary even cut up fabric, giving my dog a very cute bandana to wear! I trust Mary & was extremely happy with the end results, she even gave me a small educational lecture (I wasn't offended, I understood & glad she did it shows how much she truly cares) She said my dog is welcome back anytime & she recommends calling a week before I want her in. I didn't have to give my cat and calming meds at all and he's so much better. In addition, James was very good about communicating when he would be able to arrive and how he views his job. He's also reasonably priced! In fact, I think James may be a cat whisperer since my cat has been so affectionate and calm since he was groomed! I am very surprised and pleased with how my skittish boy is doing after James' work. He'll be coming back to do my other cat as well!!

UNTIL, later that night, with her cone on, she keeps crying and trying to itch her ear but the cone is there.. i take the cone off and what do you know. they left her EAR OUT of the bandage??? I went there to get her wound wrapped, and they wrap her head and not her ear??? The cone was on her ear, pinching it. THATS, why she was crying. i called blue pearl and they said i can try and shove it back in. which wasn't possible, since she was crying and freaking out. i told the lady at blue pearl and she said i can take the wrap off, put her ear in and wrap it back up. i did as told.. UNTIL. They. Did. NOT. Change. The gauze. Dry bled all over it. And it can't be from her ear, because guess what? THEY DIDNT PUT IT IN THE WRAP.

I wag goodbye to mom and I pee all over the floor just to let everybody know that I'm here to party! I collect my morning snuggles from whoever is in the front, then I move onto my amazing slide where I perch myself at the top and play Rapunzel all afternoon, sometimes I sleep in the bottom of the slide and I play troll. Sometimes I just look super cute so the humans have to send pictures to my mom to tell her just how good and cute I am. If I play too rough, the humans always know to give me a little time out and space. I get to do enrichment time, where I play puzzles, get treats, go up and down the teeter totter and have a super fun time learning! On Fridays, I see Dustin for my weekly spa appointment, so I smell delicious for the weekend. He cleans all my furs and clips my nails and makes me beautiful. Sometimes when my mom and dad go out of town, I get to have a sleepover at City Paws. They always email my mom to tell her how I'm doing, my mom even spies on me while I sleep in my room! Last time I spent the night I got a pupcicle AND a unicorn toy to show my family when I got home. Ten out of ten woofs.

They prioritize walk-ins and the ones with appointments get to sit in a kennel for hours. My dog has a pug snout and should never be left alone in a kennel like that (13 years old). Of course I will never go back. They used to be solid. No mas. Should be a zero star. When I confronted the groomers, they finally started grooming him. They would have left him alone in a kennel for the whole day if I didn't confront them.
