Katie treats the animals she grooms like her own. She keeps a file on every animal and what they do well and what they don't when getting groomed. We have a large golden doodle and she has done the puppy cut, the lamb cut,the teddy bear , our favorite and the summer cut when the dog got into the sand burs this summer. We recommend her to all our fur parents because she treats the dog so well. Hard to believe it when your dog likes to get groomed and comes home happy and not stressed.

One lady was at the register, another stocking shelves and the third missing. I went to the lady at the register and asked for help, she made an announcement. We waited and waited, then another lady came to relieve the lady at the register and started doing paperwork. I had to go up again and ask for help. She came a few minutes later to get the birds out of their cage. But I could tell she was not very pleased at me calling attention to their delay. The First Lady came by to apologize and said she needed to go to the restroom. I respect that and understand but I do not appreciate the attitude the other worker displayed. She even grabbed the bird roughly with her hands, I thought a net should have been used. It was just her whole persona was a bit off. My girls have waited years to get these birds, they saved their hard earned money to buy them. It makes me sad that we were treated with a bit of contempt because of the lack of priority that customers apparently have here. The paperwork could have waited young lady. Customers should have been helped first.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because once when I went for the usual haircut I was told the cost went up because he was "full of matts," which I knew better. A price increase is one thing, but I didn't like not being simply told, but rather blame it on the dog! All that said, let me tell you about the de-shed treatment we just did. OMG. It was like getting back a new dog. I swear he appeared to have lost significant weight after losing all the dead hair. And soft and silky, OMG, I couldn't stop touching that silky coat. If you have a dog that sheds, this is the way to go! I recommend Lilly Bees. The dogs are treated very well. I once showed up early to pick up my dog. I could see through the window they weren't ready so I secretly watched from outside. One of the gals was holding my dog's little face in her hands and gave him a kiss on his little nose! OMG, how sweet is that!

We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs.
