My Witty girl is a 1.5 year old service dog who deserves "lotsa love "when having to be groomed and thank goodness we found the right spot for her. They are attentive, fast, and definitely listen to how we want her groomed with of course giving lotsa love! The shop is clean and has enough room. I'm confident she will learn to love grooming day now that we found a good match for her! Thank you for taking good care of my pup! Dogs do what humans can't!

We are loyal customers for over a decade, but after the last few visits are feeling we may need to start exploring other options for our small dogs. There have been scheduling snafus, mysteries where we've just fallen off a waitlist, and the hand drying we always had documented in the system and was much preferred for our dogs with anxiety, fell off their radar and does not appear to be an option any longer. The past year hasn't been great for us with Haute Dog... we miss you Lily Bees!

I really liked bringing our Doodle here, but the last couple of times have been disappointing. Last October, I brought her in for her haircut, and what we wanted was discussed with the groomer. When I picked her up, she was completely shaved all the way down to her pink skin. She didn't even look like the same dog! Fast forward to now, and I wanted to give it another chance. I requested a different groomer this go around. When I picked her up today, she looked great! The disappointment was when I went to pay and discovered that my cost DOUBLED from the last several times we've been in there. There was one spot where she was matted, but her entire body was not matted. I was told it was for "combing" but no one ever mentioned any price increase for this. This price reflects a dog that had serious matting and I know my dog didn't have serious matting. The staff is kind and friendly! I think my time with Lilly Bees is up, and I'll be looking elsewhere for groomers.

I am used to having ROMEO get haircuts from grooming professionals. I only trust those who go and learn from hair shows. When doing my homework, I came across this shop. So glad I did, because Romeo haircut was absolutely AMAZING! She even did his Mohawk perfectly. So impressed and now I'm sad she won't be in Arizona to give him more haircuts. I'll just have to visit again and bring Romeo for another fly haircut. Thank you for taking good care of him.

Looking back, I think they were a few times a caught her doing that "dog stare" (dog owners know this stare)...I'm sure she was thinking "Look bitch! You got your Guess pea coat and your smart little snow boots! What about me?!? All the neighbor dogs are giving me the stink eye!" Sort of like a Gary Larson Far Side cartoon. My sister recommended All 4 Dogs and I'm so glad she did. Staff was great! Facilities were super clean. Priced at $53 I thought it was a little high (throw on a well deserved $10 tip and it comes to $63..."guess I won't be getting me that cashmere scarf I had my I on..." Oh well. She assured me my dog didn't need anything to sleep, and by the time I picked my dog up they were so close! This is a review from when we sent her to Mary a few days before St. Patrick's day. I forgot to review her and plan to take my dog back for a trim soon! Our dog had a lot of mats from exploring forests & running away in another state (was in care of relatives & just got back) Mary shaved it all and bathed my baby all under 2.5 hours & gave me a call. The mats turned into a full pelt and I'm so happy that Mary was able to help my poor baby. I picked up a whole different looking dog but she was so happy & Mary even cut up fabric, giving my dog a very cute bandana to wear! I trust Mary & was extremely happy with the end results, she even gave me a small educational lecture (I wasn't offended, I understood & glad she did it shows how much she truly cares) She said my dog is welcome back anytime & she recommends calling a week before I want her in. I definitely recommend and can't wait for the next appointment! Prices vary but are affordable for having to get a haircut every 6-8 weeks My phone reset a few nights ago so I apologize my only photo of the haircut is my dog with a filter

I gave a 4-star review and Mary was not happy about it. She reached out to me inquiring why it was not 5. I was feeling bullied into giving a 5. I told her how my dogs love it there and I thought 4 was a good rating.... We had an exchange and I could go into details, but again, I won't. I don't feel the need to smear somebody and be petty online. I told her I was going to have to think about bringing them back because of how I was being treated but not that I wasn't going to. She basically referred me to other places and cancelled my info and will not allow me to log in. If anyone wants to reach out to me privately, feel free and I will explain further. This note has NOTHING to do with the staff. They were great. Owner was very unprofessional. I was extremely surprised at this. Thank you to all the staff who have loved on my babies. :)

A few weeks ago, my review would be 5 stars. Now, however,…read morethey have repeatedly reported they're under-staffed, and today upon picking up my dog from daycare, not only had she been allowed to chew up her harness, leash, and towel (which has never been an issue when staying for a full day of daycare previously), but also somehow she was able to chew through the plastic ziplock bag that contained her food (which was also still full of food, which again has never been an issue on previous days). Although I was told that dogs are not allowed near the bins where the bags of food are kept, I was told by a worker while picking up my dog that "it looks like she got to her food bag," which is made of zip-lock plastic, and now I'm concerned with how much she ingested. Overall, the Lucky Pets staff is aware they're understaffed, but continue to accept dogs into their care that they do not have the staff to properly/safely watch and take care of. Extremely disappointed after how great it was a few weeks ago.
