Amanda is absolutely amazing with our pup, and since we've started at Ollu, our pup hasn't had any GI issues. Overall they take amazing care of your dog while they are there. We have always done the full service option. If your dog has anxiety or other issues, they are very accommodating and are overall very concerned and mindful about dog health and challenges. Amanda has been very transparent with lessons learned and really leans into understanding what we want. It is pricey, but honestly it is worth every penny! We're so thankful we found Ollu!

I collect my morning snuggles from whoever is in the front, then I move onto my amazing slide where I perch myself at the top and play Rapunzel all afternoon, sometimes I sleep in the bottom of the slide and I play troll. Sometimes I just look super cute so the humans have to send pictures to my mom to tell her just how good and cute I am. If I play too rough, the humans always know to give me a little time out and space. I get to do enrichment time, where I play puzzles, get treats, go up and down the teeter totter and have a super fun time learning! On Fridays, I see Dustin for my weekly spa appointment, so I smell delicious for the weekend. He cleans all my furs and clips my nails and makes me beautiful. Sometimes when my mom and dad go out of town, I get to have a sleepover at City Paws. They always email my mom to tell her how I'm doing, my mom even spies on me while I sleep in my room! Last time I spent the night I got a pupcicle AND a unicorn toy to show my family when I got home. Ten out of ten woofs.

There's a groomer next-door if your dog isn't clean and they are sister stores, and the grooming people next-door are just as friendly and just as helpful and for that I am very, very thankful as this is my first time traveling with my senior Chihuahua in the city. My husband have tried 3 different groomers in the Twin Cities having moved here a year ago and missed the people we used in Chicago greatly. SO happy that I feel confident we have a great new standard! Making an appointment for the dogs was super easy and though I know it is very hard to give a price quote over the phone; they gave me a reasonable estimate and it ended up being that exact amount at checkout! I have a 15 year old Golden Retriever mix; along with some minor mobility issues he also tends to plop down and doesn't stand in place for long. On top of that he has some lumps (fatty growths that have been checked by the vet and confirmed not painful or cancerous) so I was a little worried about him. Megan who greeted me, assured me that she loves senior dogs and has had many herself! She totally understood my concerns and was lovely in understanding his needs. I also have a small 6 year old Pekingese mix who is nervous; Megan was very gentle and picked her right up and my dog settled down! I came a little early to pick them up and Megan was on the floor clipped my elder dog's nails so he could lie down!!! It was amazing to see someone so kind and gentle to my elder dog and he was relaxed and hanging out. Both dogs look great and were happy tails wagging!! Truly impressed by the kindness in their professionalism and attention to detail. Also the price was extremely reasonable for a wonderful grooming job. We will definitely be new regular customers! I didn't have to give my cat and calming meds at all and he's so much better. In addition, James was very good about communicating when he would be able to arrive and how he views his job. He's also reasonably priced! In fact, I think James may be a cat whisperer since my cat has been so affectionate and calm since he was groomed! I am very surprised and pleased with how my skittish boy is doing after James' work. He'll be coming back to do my other cat as well!!

When I previously brought my dog Mia to my old groomers she would wince and cry as we walked in the door of establishment. Now we have been seeing Keira for the past six months, monthly and Mia is always happy to walk in and most excited to see me when she is done. Her name is Clementine and she was filled with anxiety. I knew I needed to get her cleaned but because of her emotional state I thought I would have to have her sedated at the vet.
