I gave them a call and was able to get in right away and we were in and out within 5 minutes! I have a miniature dachshund who is 3 1/2 years old and a little timid. I was so thrilled to discover that Vanessa was so sweet and patient with her. She treated my dog as if she were her own and made it an overall positive experience for my pup. We will be going back for more grooming in the future! I love that it's a small local business run by good people! I am so happy I found this place and would highly recommend to anyone!

I have two other dogs; 90 lb lab and a 12 lb Tiebetan Spaniel, they visit occasionally as they do not need to be groomed often and they always come from Canine Clipping smelling and feeling great!

You have to walk through and wash right…read morewhere they are doing their work; the floors are wet and full of hair, there are dogs everywhere in crates and possibly loose like there were today (2 who were not tethered to anything), the soap is in a 1 gallon jug and watered down (so they say you can pour it directly on your dog easily), the tiled area around the tub is rusty, you have to step away from the tub area to get a towel. All in all very poor if you are looking for a quality location to self-wash your dog. Have not used their grooming service so I won't speak to that side of their business but the square footage seems too small for that combined with a self-wash. We won't be going back.

This place was my go to grooming place for my dog but after today I don't think I will ever go…read morethere again I called and made the appointment for Tuesday but I remembered that I have school that day and my ex has to get my daughter from the bus stop at 3, so I called back to see if they can finish the work by 2:30pm Whoever answered the phone you would assume they know what they are doing and trust what they tell you, so I changed the appointment to Thursday because she said we cannot guarantee Tuesday so I moved the appointment to Thursday with the assurance that my dog will be ready by 2:30pm Come Thursday and I get a call from my ex around 2:45 that they weren't ready and he waited but they told him it will take longer and he had to go to pick my daughter up and he would be late for his work (4pm) Anyway, I get a call at 3:30 that my dog is ready which was an hour after the promised time and the price Oh my oh my I have been going there since 2016 and they used to charge $40 and they told me over the phone they increased the price and my total would be $54 We ended up paying $75 $10 penalty saying they couldn't control my little Yorker-poo Never happened in any place or any groomer, no one ever complained about my dog behavior but this one I asked why the price is different than what I was told over the phone, she said whoever you talked to doesn't know. One day were even singing to him during his nail trim, another day Jill gave him part of her lunch (chicken tenders, I ok'd it) to turn his nail trimming into a positive experience. Happy to say he's doing way better now and isn't so panicked and scared when they trim his nails. He loves being there so much and they show him so much love. Plus he comes out looking so fabulous afterwards!

He very sarcastically asked, "Do you girls need help or something?" as if our crime was peacefully existing near the bird section. But wait, it gets better. As we were leaving, another employee told us to "have a nice day." We thought, "Finally, someone nice!" So we said she was nice, only to be rewarded with one of the dirtiest looks we've ever received. Apparently complimenting an employee is frowned upon now.
