I gave them a call and was able to get in right away and we were in and out within 5 minutes! I have a miniature dachshund who is 3 1/2 years old and a little timid. I was so thrilled to discover that Vanessa was so sweet and patient with her. She treated my dog as if she were her own and made it an overall positive experience for my pup. We will be going back for more grooming in the future! I love that it's a small local business run by good people! I am so happy I found this place and would highly recommend to anyone!

You have to walk through and wash right…read morewhere they are doing their work; the floors are wet and full of hair, there are dogs everywhere in crates and possibly loose like there were today (2 who were not tethered to anything), the soap is in a 1 gallon jug and watered down (so they say you can pour it directly on your dog easily), the tiled area around the tub is rusty, you have to step away from the tub area to get a towel. All in all very poor if you are looking for a quality location to self-wash your dog. Have not used their grooming service so I won't speak to that side of their business but the square footage seems too small for that combined with a self-wash. We won't be going back.

This place was my go to grooming place for my dog but after today I don't think I will ever go…read morethere again I called and made the appointment for Tuesday but I remembered that I have school that day and my ex has to get my daughter from the bus stop at 3, so I called back to see if they can finish the work by 2:30pm Whoever answered the phone you would assume they know what they are doing and trust what they tell you, so I changed the appointment to Thursday because she said we cannot guarantee Tuesday so I moved the appointment to Thursday with the assurance that my dog will be ready by 2:30pm Come Thursday and I get a call from my ex around 2:45 that they weren't ready and he waited but they told him it will take longer and he had to go to pick my daughter up and he would be late for his work (4pm) Anyway, I get a call at 3:30 that my dog is ready which was an hour after the promised time and the price Oh my oh my I have been going there since 2016 and they used to charge $40 and they told me over the phone they increased the price and my total would be $54 We ended up paying $75 $10 penalty saying they couldn't control my little Yorker-poo Never happened in any place or any groomer, no one ever complained about my dog behavior but this one I asked why the price is different than what I was told over the phone, she said whoever you talked to doesn't know. One day were even singing to him during his nail trim, another day Jill gave him part of her lunch (chicken tenders, I ok'd it) to turn his nail trimming into a positive experience. Happy to say he's doing way better now and isn't so panicked and scared when they trim his nails. He loves being there so much and they show him so much love. Went into the Petco at Chaska. The moment we walked in, we were off to a bad start. Mary was the cashier, the same girl who checked us out the day before. She was unfriendly off the bat, no smile, no greeting, nothing. Must have been having a bad day? We explained the reason that we were there and it went downhill further. She brought over a manager, Steve. Who then started to "explain" the receipt to us, as if we were stupid. The receipt clearly stated 2@ $64.99, totaling $102.66. But he tried to say "just ignore the 2, I know it's a complicated receipt and you can sit here and analyze it all day but it's still the same price." I'm not a stupid person so politely pointed out that it did not make sense. Was so rudely brushed off and he walked away. Continued to work with Mary, who continued to be extremely rude and not helpful. Girl, if you hate your job that much, just quit, like jeez. Should be fired really. Then asked to speak with a manager due to her attitude. Steve came back up. I pointed out that we're not trying to be difficult and that it's an easy solution and that they don't need to be so rude. The worst employees I've come across. We've been very good customers, even signed up for vital care premier, and will be discontinuing that immediately. Will never shop there again. Petco should be appalled to employee both Mary & Steve.
