The minute we walk in the house they're wagging and smiling and bouncing around. My boy dog is a little anxious and doesn't like his feet touched, which is challenging for a groomer, but Lisa manages him with grace and empathy. She and Eric also do boarding and doggy daycare in their home. They're fantastic people that have a lot of love for all dogs, big and small.

Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there. It would be nice to see them add some web cams so we could check in on our dog to see if she seems to be enjoying herself, but other than that, we've always been happy and felt like their prices were competitive.

No bios of the groomers Both groomers that came out were okay. The second groomer did a pretty good job cutting our pups hair, but I think she nicked my little guy on his stomach. There are three different packages to choose from. It's convenient, at times pricey and not exactly stress free. I would give it a try once if you prefer to have a mobile groomer come out.
