We love Fusion and our Springer Spaniel, Archie, has always had a great experience. We've used Fusion for training, day care, boarding, and grooming and we've never had a bad experience. Fusion always does their best to accommodate last minute requests and they're very responsive via text and phone.

Tonite we had our first training class for Hank (my dog). It was so good. Hank was scared at first but the room was large and each person had an area to themselves to work with their dog. Tonite we learned wait, sit, lay down, and we learned how to use the mat. It was really interesting and very clear. We got an email after class recapping all of the work and giving us homework. I can see where this will be very beneficial to Hank and I. Hank is a rescue that we've had for a few short weeks and we love him so much. This will help us build good habits and help keep Hank safe and healthy.

This place is pretty new and really huge. Not only do they board dogs and cats, but bunnies and other small mammals. The space is bright, clean, and fresh. The staff offer grooming services, obedience training, and canine spa services like massages. The front desk area houses a retail area with foods, treats, toys. We board our dogs here and my only complaint is I wish they had a webcam so I could check in on my poochies. The boarding rooms are generous and dogs from the same family can room together. The cat play area is used for one cat at a time, unless they are family, to avoid fights. The outdoor and indoor dog play areas are spacious and no more than 10 dogs are in the play area at once, to avoid overcrowding and fighting. Dogs are rested after a half hour of play, perfect for dogs that really wear themselves out in playtime. My mini doxie has epilepsy and I like knowing a vet tech administers his medication. They are very thorough when ensuring they know your exact feeding instructions, meds, and any other personal requests to make your pets feel at home.

I haven't really been a fan of taking my 2-year old Morkie to boarding facilities with family right down the street. And the same with day care. When there was a scheduling conflict for Thanksgiving, I had to find a place to board Benji. The reviews weren't the best, but I had to find out for myself. I took a tour of the facility and was able to see how it all worked before bringing Benji here. I was impressed. They went over how they structure your dog's day. I did find it odd that the dogs didn't run around all day like I had experienced with previous doggie day cares. You can pay ($5/day) for report cards and they send you pictures and an update of how your pet is doing. Benji LOVES it here. We have boarded him 5 times since Thanksgiving and have taken him to day care a few times. When we will into the parking lot, he is so excited to go in. Not to mention, the staff remember him and he goes running right up to them. A big thing to consider when looking for a place to board your dog is how they treat the animals. Benji and other dogs are treated as if the staff are their owners. They give them love and attention. I'm happy I found this place for my pup. I would highly recommend Fusion!

Tabatha answered all my questions and was very happy to take the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Cheryl was our cat's caregiver and I could not be more pleased with her services. She took the time to make sure Cosmo was eating OK and provided daily notes for her visits for us to read when we got back. Thank you for the excellent care of Cosmo, it was really a weight off my mind knowing that he was in your capable hands.

I can't say enough wonderful things about her service! Tabatha emailed us a note plus photos of our dogs each day she was at our house for pet visits. She also leaves you handwritten progress notes at your house on how your dog(s) did the day she was there. It was nice to be on the road for work yet be able to see that my dogs were such well-taken care of. Tabatha treats your pets like she would her own animals. I recommend Tabatha so highly that my dog groomer is actually going to pass out Rock Star Dog Walking & Pet Sitting business cards to her customers. As a registered nurse, I highly recommend Rock Star Dog Walking and Pet Sitting to anyone needing pet caretaker services.

I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. Thanks so much for all your team does!

With any doggy daycare sickness tends to travel around and my dog has fallen sick from daycare before. Something to be aware of. Overall a good daycare for your pet.

Forget MY opinion; my 3 dogs adore Pets Are Inn!…read more This place is a like a hostel for animals. Instead of boarding them someplace where they'll be in crates most of the time except for an occasional walk (which you'll probably pay for), Pets Are Inn contracts with pet lovers who take your animals into their home while you away and treat them just like members of the family! We've used them 4 times now and have been lucky enough to get the same family each time (families develop relationships with the animals). The service will pick your animals up for you and drop them off (a great convenience when you're getting ready for a trip). My dogs practically jump out of their skins when the van pulls up because they are so excited to go stay with their "second family!" Upon return, we've always received a little note from the host family with an update about how the dogs did, etc. (They always got to sleep in the beds with the folks, etc.). And the best part? The price is comparable to that of a kennel, not crazy expensive as you might expect. We'll never board our dogs again. Thanks, Pets Are Inn!

Used to use this kennel for years, and they took excellent care of our dogs. However in the past 4…read moreyears, the quality of my experience with them has drastically worsened to the point where I will no longer be buying their services or trusting them with my dogs. Recently heard that they have sold their property and will no longer be operating, and I say good riddance. I have 3 dogs, two of which are in the 50 lb range, the other who is 20 lbs. On one occasion, upon pickup after a week and a half long trip, my 20 lb dog was significantly heavier than she was when I dropped them off. I wrote out food instructions for each of my dogs (1 cup each for the 50 lb dogs and 1/2 cup for the 20 lb) and it was obvious that they disregarded the instructions and fed her the same amount that the larger dogs were getting. A separate occasion I picked up the dogs, and everything seemed fine. Once I got home I noticed my smaller dog had a large rip in her ear, which I was not told about. I understand that it is sometimes hard to see injuries under their fur, but this was very easily noticeable, and she now has a flap taken out of her ear as a result. The last straw was when I picked them up, once again seemingly everything was fine, but when I went to pet one of the dogs when I got home, pus exploded over my hands - once again the smallest of my dogs had sustained an injury, this time 3 puncture wounds on the top of her head, all 3 of which were infected. Had to go to the vet and shave her head and put her on an antibiotic regimen. Not once did the staff mention any injuries, and the fact that the wound became infected within a 5 day period raises many concerns about the conditions the dogs are kept in. After over 20 years of boarding dogs with them, I have never again used Kolstad's and am disgusted with the treatment my dog has received from them.
