It was nice to be on the road for work yet be able to see that my dogs were such well-taken care of. Tabatha treats your pets like she would her own animals. Ambiance: When we walked in, it was very clean. Pictures and paintings of animals as artwork, was a nice touch. Service: The Vet was kind and personable and had a nice conversation with me about my dog. It felt like what you'd want from your actual doctor. LOL The techs were great; answered all of my questions and were extremely patient with me, as it was my first time visiting a vet and being a dog mom. They also provided me options, which I prefer. They handled my dog with care and even text us the next day to see how she was, since she received 2 shots. No complaints. This is my dogs permanent Vet.

The previous vet I brought him to wanted to just chop it off no questions asked and didn't even care what it was. Dr. DeRoy suggested doing a fine needle aspirate to see what it is first in case we didn't have to put my cat through surgery. Turns out it was a mast cell tumor that needed surgery to remove. My cat is pretty ornery when it comes to going to the vet and getting blood work or anything done but the staff here did an amazing job with him. They always kept him in the room with me (to help him calm down), gave us a cat specific room to limit any other animal scents and gave him plenty of time to adjust to being there before performing any work. Being a fear free clinic really shows in how the staff treat the animals here. The day of the surgery they let me use one of the exam rooms to wait in while the surgery and recovery was going on. As soon as it was safe to do so they let my cat roam around in the room with me to ease any anxiety that he would be having from the operation. Dr. DeRoy is a great example of what a vet is supposed to be - someone who cares deeply about animals, very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time with patients. I tend to have a lot of questions about everything and try to get as much information as possible. Dr. DeRoy was always happy to spend however much time I needed to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on, whether that be 5 minutes or 20 minutes. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

The facility is clean, big, has outdoor space, and cameras to check in on your pup during the day. I also really enjoyed getting a recap/evaluation and a video from the day. It's easy to locate off 94 and has a parking lot making drop off and pick up a breeze.

They also have a parking lot, which is perfect for this area! We've tried a few daycares when he was a puppy, and this was his first and only choice! He's been going here since he attended Puppy Pre-K - which was about 7 months ago! He's now graduated to Tiny Town or Littles the staff is great about making sure all dogs get along as well. The staff is compassionate, caring, very well educated and make sure Jett is always safe (considering he's a whopping 6lbs). Some staff are also trainers, which I love! They all understand and know Jett, so we will always be coming here - unless Jett decides he's too old for daycare someday, as he starts to calm down from being a puppy. They always sent report cards during Puppy Pre-K and send them when he does the trick of the month as well, which I love to read how he did and what they worked on. Jett has made a bunch of friends, but he has about 3 really close doggy friends - that he absolutely loves! Metro Dogs also offers birthday parties, and that was the best idea ever, Jett had a blast with his best friends a couple months ago! I was in Ireland for 9 days, and knowing Sunny was in their care made my vacation completely worry-free. They took excellent care of him, responded immediately to my texts, and even sent me a "report card" with updates on who he was playing with and lots of photos. Seeing his happy face and how much fun he was having made me feel so reassured! I completely trust them with my best friend, and the best part is that Sunny absolutely LOVES it there! I've been to other doggy…read moredaycare places (Stone Mountain), but Ruff Love was closer and more convenient, so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.

Rather than CALLING ME to see if it was okay with moving forward, they ABORTED the babies and then CHARGED ME FOR IT. I have never been so frustrated, disappointed and sad ever. This is just pure animal cruelty. They should have called me to confirm if it was okay (I would have NEVER EVER said yes.) and not only that, they charged me an additional fee for something I would have NOT okayed. DO NOT GO HERE. Pure animal cruelty. This is absolutely disgusting that they did this.
