Since it was the first time using her service, she met with us one night so she could get to know our dogs, ask questions about where we keep food, etc. One of our dogs in particular is a rescue dog and has a lot of social anxiety when meeting new people. I loved how patient Genevieve was with her and by the end of that first visit, both dogs had really warmed up to her. We did a couple of practice walks before we went out of town and both times I came home to a very thorough note about how the walk went, which was a really nice touch because having used other services before, I've often been left wondering if the dog walker came, what happened, etc. While we were out of town we had a couple of updates from her, letting us know the dogs were doing well. I worry a lot about the dogs when I'm away and it was really nice to not have to worry because I knew they were under great care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Genevieve's Pet Care!

I can't say enough wonderful things about her service! Tabatha emailed us a note plus photos of our dogs each day she was at our house for pet visits. It was nice to be on the road for work yet be able to see that my dogs were such well-taken care of. Tabatha treats your pets like she would her own animals. I recommend Tabatha so highly that my dog groomer is actually going to pass out Rock Star Dog Walking & Pet Sitting business cards to her customers. As a registered nurse, I highly recommend Rock Star Dog Walking and Pet Sitting to anyone needing pet caretaker services.

Daycare here is one of my pups favorite things!…read more My pup went here for YEARS! We have since moved out of the area which is why he doesn't go now. There's an indoor and outdoor area which is nice so the facility can be flexible based on weather where the dogs play. This is not the frills, nap time required kind of vibe. It's an unassuming, barebones facility full of employees who just love dogs and dogs who love dogs. This was what worked for my pup- he doesn't care if it looks pretty to humans- he cares (and I care) how he's treated. And he was treated very well and would be jumping around in the parking lot as we would walk up because he was so excited. And the staff would be excited to see him as well. The cost is in line with other daycares in the area - buying a package will help the per day cost. For my pup - totally worth it.

I do not understand how there are so many good reviews for this place. I've been to other doggy…read moredaycare places (Stone Mountain), but Ruff Love was closer and more convenient, so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.

When I moved to Minneapolis two years ago, Megan and her team became an invaluable resource for me…read moreand my dog, Nico. We used Come, Sit, Stay for daily walks and numerous overnights when I was been out of town. They were flexible, reliable and - most importantly - SO wonderful with my pup! I used to board Nico when I was out of town, but I hated it; the thought of him in a kennel or in a sterile small room would bum me out big time. But even when I had to go out of town for a 10-day trip, I never worried about my little guy because I knew he was having a blast with Ed, who would walk him a few times a day and stay at my place to keep him company throughout the night. Ed would write up a detailed account of each day and would occasionally text me updates and pics. Ed and Nico were total buddies - one of the hardest parts of moving away from Minneapolis was knowing Nico wouldn't get to have overnights with his bestie anymore! Broke my heart a little :( Pet ownership can be a challenge for singleton transplants like myself - things come up, and it can be pretty difficult when you don't have a partner or local family members who can swoop in and do an emergency potty run if you get tied up at the office, or be on point for feeding and walks when you need to head out of town unexpectedly. Megan, Ed and the rest of the Come, Sit, Stay staff felt like an extended family for me and Nico - always available to help out and provide my furbaby with tons of love. I'm jealous of you Minneapolitans - I wish Nico could still get his daily love from the Come, Sit, Stay team!
