This place was my go to grooming place for my dog but after today I don't think I will ever go there again I called and made the appointment for Tuesday but I remembered that I have school that day and my ex has to get my daughter from the bus stop at 3, so I called back to see if they can finish the work by 2:30pm Whoever answered the phone you would assume they know what they are doing and trust what they tell you, so I changed the appointment to Thursday because she said we cannot guarantee Tuesday so I moved the appointment to Thursday with the assurance that my dog will be ready by 2:30pm Come Thursday and I get a call from my ex around 2:45 that they weren't ready and he waited but they told him it will take longer and he had to go to pick my daughter up and he would be late for his work (4pm) Anyway, I get a call at 3:30 that my dog is ready which was an hour after the promised time and the price Oh my oh my I have been going there since 2016 and they used to charge $40 and they told me over the phone they increased the price and my total would be $54 We ended up paying $75 $10 penalty saying they couldn't control my little Yorker-poo Never happened in any place or any groomer, no one ever complained about my dog behavior but this one I asked why the price is different than what I was told over the phone, she said whoever you talked to doesn't know. Only place I'll ever take my dog. He's a good boy but trimming his nails is a 2 person job minimum. Other places around the area wouldn't take him. Staff here are very gentle with him. One day were even singing to him during his nail trim, another day Jill gave him part of her lunch (chicken tenders, I ok'd it) to turn his nail trimming into a positive experience. Happy to say he's doing way better now and isn't so panicked and scared when they trim his nails. He loves being there so much and they show him so much love. I told them to trim my golden's feet hair, ear hair, and nails with his bath. They proceeded to cut off all his feathering on his tail, crookedly shave his peri area, shave his ears and butcher his toes. He was scared when we left and he is not scared of anyone. He had bleeding cuts to the skin in his peri area and ears. It will take months to grow back the disgusting job they did on our beloved family member. They did refund my money, after first arguing that's how golden's are typically done. Ask your local vet. They will tell you to stay far, far away from this place. So, I read the review that Shelly F. left and I felt compelled to review this groomer since this is the ONLY groomer I have found in the area that HASN'T butchered my Golden Retriever. I have been at places where she comes home with razor burn and bloody cuts from terrible hacks that claim to be licensed groomers as well as charge me an arm and leg. At Adorable, they did a fantastic job and followed my specifications to a T. I was very impressed when I picked her up and the price is very reasonable. I will continue to go there, without a doubt. I was asked twice what I wanted done and both times I asked for feet, rear and ears to be trimmed. She came back with decent jobs on feet and rear but no ear trim. The poor review is for the chop job done on her chest and other areas I did not request. If you spend $40 your dog should come back looking better not like your child took her scissors to her. read more

Don't go to Adorable dog! The first time we took our poodle mix, they cut his ear wide open - literally bleeding. Understanding that accidents happen, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time and made sure to see someone else. This time they shaved off our dog's nipples and the grooming of his coat was terribly uneven. Never again! Save your dog the trauma and find some where else to go. read more

If I could give ZERO, that's what this place would get. I brought our four month old shorkie there for her first cut. I was very specific with what I told the owner about how I wanted her groomed. She obviously has a hearing impairment, maybe selective hearing, I'm not sure. She assured me she knew what I meant, she said she had a shorkie too. Upon my arrival, with a six pound puppy, we were greeted with at least three huge dos that weighed at least 70 lbs each. One of which was barking continuously and very loud and imtimidating. I asked if that dog would be here for my pups grooming. The put that dog in the bathroom and shut the door. Not sure who owned that dog, but I'd be pissed if they locked my dog up....I wasn't in their computer showing we had an appt, and while I filled out a form, I debated about leaving our puppy there. I should have went with my instinct. They did call when she was done. When I got there, I went right to the window to look for our dog. I didn't see her. I turned to the counter and they proceeded to hand me a dog that I didn't even recognize. I honestly thought they gave me someone else's dog! What I got was a basic poodle cut on a shorkie. Her once beautiful coat is now about an inch long, it's choppy and uneven. The owner knew I was pissed. She said they gave her a "puppy cut"! I didn't ASK for a puppy cut. I asked for less than a half inch off, and trim the face so it looks like a teddy bear. She now looks like a butchered misfit. THANKS FOR THAT! If they didn't know how to groom her they should have said so. NEVER WILL I GO BACK!!!!!! My daughter who is 14, cried when she saw her puppy. read more

I was a satisfied customer for the past few years, but after today's experience I will never go back or recommend this groomer to anyone! I made an appointment for 3:30 p.m.to have my cat groomed. I came back at 5:00 and my cat had not moved from her carrier since I dropped her off! All I was told was that "it was a really bad day" and if I still wanted my cat groomed, I would have to wait at least another hour! Why did you make an appointment for me at 3:30??!! I would have scheduled it for another time!! Furthermore and most importantly, why did you think it was okay to leave my cat in the carrier for over 1-1/2 hours! She was crying when I came back and stressed!! Also, when I got her home I noticed that she had urinated in her carrier at the groomer and was forced to sit on wet towels all the time she was there! And you CARE about animals!! To top it off I asked if they had time to at least clip her claws, to which they did take all of two minutes to do so and then charged me $10.00! There was NO apology, NO I'm sorry. Why was it MY and MY CAT"S fault that YOU had a BAD day? Really!! Stay away from this place! They obviously do not care about your animal!
