I had to miss a class and I asked the instructor and the receptionist to send me the syllabus for the class I missed. Neither people followed through with the material. The instructor was odd about it which makes me believe they don't have one. I have attended 5 different schools in the last 20 years and this by far was the worst instructor and format I have come across. They don't have make up classes which I thought was odd as all the other schools I've attended catered to the customers needs. I enrolled so the class would not be cancelled due to attendance to help out a friend. I am now enrolled in Go Anywhere Dog classes. I took the initial puppy class and thoroughly enjoyed the class and instructors.

Many are really made to optimize profit often at the expense of the dog and their well-being. This absolutely is not the case with fusion pet retreat. We were completely pleased with how our Daycare trial went for our two dogs. We got a great tour of the facility. It was very clean and notably. It was one of the few places where when you go into the back, the dogs in their kennels are not barking and crying or showing any signs of distress . Most of them were sleeping soundly in their respective areas. The manager was great. Answered all the questions and gave us a very thorough rundown of what to expect. Sion is very unique and that they do many different things to accommodate the specific personality of the dog. And it was very obvious that the people who work here understand dogs and enjoy them. It is an open play experience, but they do not have the dogs play all day every day, which is actually very good for them! They have them take breaks so they do not get over stimulated-which is unique to Fusion and highlights their knowledge of dogs. The place is huge and not at all crowded. They have several different areas for the dogs to play so that they can easily group them by play style. My one dog it's only eight months old and newer to this environment so he was a little timid. We got many videos and photos of him playing with other More timid dogs, and several staff members who slowly introduced him to the bigger area and he was very happy. We will use this place again it again without hesitation !

When he is here he gets a crazy number of steps which means he is active and engaged throughout the day. He isn't just kenneled in a holding space for the day. I want my dog to have a great day when I need him to have a safe place to be. He does that here. We also got a bath today and he smells great and his fur is so soft. Just love Top Dog! We will be back again and again.

Both dogs adore him and sit by the door waiting for him to arrive (at least they do when I'm working at home). Breen is very professional and extremely reliable. He hasn't missed a single day these two years that I didn't know about well in advance (the occasional holiday). His fee is very reasonable. He's good about not staying out too long if it's very cold or hot out and only billing for the shorter time. Highly recommended! Update: It's been 10 years now and the dogs still get walked by Dog City four times a week. Still highly recommended!

I gave a 4-star review and Mary was not happy about it. She reached out to me inquiring why it was not 5. I was feeling bullied into giving a 5. I told her how my dogs love it there and I thought 4 was a good rating.... We had an exchange and I could go into details, but again, I won't. I don't feel the need to smear somebody and be petty online. I told her I was going to have to think about bringing them back because of how I was being treated but not that I wasn't going to. She basically referred me to other places and cancelled my info and will not allow me to log in. If anyone wants to reach out to me privately, feel free and I will explain further. This note has NOTHING to do with the staff. They were great. Owner was very unprofessional. I was extremely surprised at this. Thank you to all the staff who have loved on my babies. :)

But this time, she came home and has been her normal, energized self. The staff is very kind, and understanding, and take the time to know your pup. They also provided some touch-up training with recall and Juniper has been doing so well at home. We couldn't recommend them enough!

This is just pure animal cruelty. He is normally terribly behaved so I never want to take him to the groomer. As long as I live in Minnesota I won't take him to another groomer. They were awesome. The groomer took his time with my dog and provided a positive environment with treats and going slow with the area he gets scared with. They were amazing and I'm so glad I found them! Also their pricing is right inline with petsmart and petco but miles and miles better service.
