But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. I get nervous leaving my pup in the care of others, especially when you hear horror stories of abusive borders and groomers but I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back to Furry Tails! Thanks guys!

Zeus is a senior dog who rarely had his nails cut due to the anxiety, stress, and aggression it causes. Today's nail trim was a success. Zeus still had all of his normal negative responses, but McKenzie and Taylor were able to work with him and get the job done in a kind, gentle, respectful and understanding manner. I forgot to review her and plan to take my dog back for a trim soon! Our dog had a lot of mats from exploring forests & running away in another state (was in care of relatives & just got back) Mary shaved it all and bathed my baby all under 2.5 hours & gave me a call. The mats turned into a full pelt and I'm so happy that Mary was able to help my poor baby. I picked up a whole different looking dog but she was so happy & Mary even cut up fabric, giving my dog a very cute bandana to wear! I trust Mary & was extremely happy with the end results, she even gave me a small educational lecture (I wasn't offended, I understood & glad she did it shows how much she truly cares) She said my dog is welcome back anytime & she recommends calling a week before I want her in. I went…read moreto the emergency vet, first and they said after how many days, go to her actual vet. which is mounds view... bring her here tuesday the 24th. they changed her badge and the doctor talked to me for a second. bandage change: $59 talking to the dr: $79 whatever. my baby is hurt, idc. UNTIL, later that night, with her cone on, she keeps crying and trying to itch her ear but the cone is there.. i take the cone off and what do you know. they left her EAR OUT of the bandage??? I went there to get her wound wrapped, and they wrap her head and not her ear??? The cone was on her ear, pinching it. THATS, why she was crying. i called blue pearl and they said i can try and shove it back in. which wasn't possible, since she was crying and freaking out. i told the lady at blue pearl and she said i can take the wrap off, put her ear in and wrap it back up. i did as told.. UNTIL. They. Did. NOT. Change. The gauze. Dry bled all over it. And it can't be from her ear, because guess what? THEY DIDNT PUT IT IN THE WRAP.

You got your Guess pea coat and your smart little snow boots! What about me?!? All the neighbor dogs are giving me the stink eye!" Sort of like a Gary Larson Far Side cartoon. My sister recommended All 4 Dogs and I'm so glad she did. Staff was great! Facilities were super clean. Priced at $53 I thought it was a little high (throw on a well deserved $10 tip and it comes to $63..."guess I won't be getting me that cashmere scarf I had my I on..." Oh well. When they got to my home, at first they were very nice, but once I started telling them my preferences on how I wanted their haircut to turn out, aka I didn't want them to try to de-matt my dogs with a comb, I just wanted it shaved/cut out so I didn't have to spend extra money (again, 3 dogs is expensive). The groomer wasn't okay with that, & literally got in the salon truck & LEFT. Without confirming why they were leaving!! It's so upsetting because we have been waiting to get them groomed at the mobile salon for longer than we wanted to, & then they treat their customers like that & LEAVE? We cannot believe this happened & we will NOT be asking them to come back.
