I came here for three reasons: 1) I have a dog that pulls on the leash and she was able to fit my corgi properly with a harness (because I was certain I was doing it wrong.) and she gave me tips and encouragement to continue training for better behaviors. 2) I am super picky about ingredients in dog food and treats and she was able to give me a ton of insight to confirm my research and suggest some things to pay attention to. 3) Lastly, my dog is a chewer and I have been scared that most options out there have the risk of tooth breakage. I asked if they could handle that. the woman on the phone said to withhold food for a day, which I did even though I felt that was cruel. We went and my pup was nervous as some dogs are in strange places. She took him in the room and was talking to him gently, reassuring him. He did try to bite so she muzzled him, which I have no objection to. He continued to fight her and the next thing I hear is "you're a nasty dog". he evidentially pooped a little bit. I warned her, she said they could handle it. if she talks like this while the dog parent is standing right there I can't imagine how an animal is treated when they're dropped off for grooming and get nervous. I went back and held him so she could finish trimming. I paid we left, never to return!

Yes, this place doesn't have the copious choices of leashes, harnesses, treats, etc., but what they have here is the highest quality of food options I've seen anywhere. They of course sell the frozen raw food options you would find such as Instinct, Primal, Stella & Chewy's, etc., but they also carry regional frozen raw from the mid-west region. Along with that what I've never seen is there are three 18 cu.ft freezers full of raw food diet. These items are locally sourced from farmers, which I've not seen anywhere. Of course I purchased some tendon and chicken necks for my bull breed canine. Along with these raw frozen items they carry the highest quality of freeze dried raw choices, my personal favorites Vital Essentials, Icelandic and a new find Momentum Carnivore. Outside of the obligitory food choice, this place has both in-house holistic vet, massage, and chiropractic. For real, really! Where the hell do you find that in a pet store. Couldn't think of a better way to spend a few hours on a Christmas Day. Scheduling our visit was a breeze and the drive to the place is easy and just one hour away from Minneapolis. From the very first moment you can tell Jack and his brother are very passionate about Siberian huskies and related topics and have lots of cool stories from their lives with these beautiful dogs. There are about 15 gorgeous huskies on their land. Even though there wasn't a ton of snow in December, they did everything possible to make sure we were having a great time with the dogs. We would definitely recommend this place and it's perfect for groups, families, couples, and everyone who likes outdoorsy adventures and isn't afraid of cold weather :)

They took us for one short loop and thats it. We drove over an hour to ride on a sled pulled by dogs who seemed exhausted. The trail was super slushy. We had reservations so they knew customers were coming. If your dogs cant pull through mushy snow then groom your trails. The dogs stopped multiple times. It was bizarre. The slow stop and go ride was only about 7 minutes. Umm really? Subpar experience for sure.
