They watch my dog frequently, when we pull up he gets excited, they are friendly and I have no doubt my dog is well taken care of.

Ruff Love Dogs - She is always exhausted after a day at Ruff Love!

Daycare here is one of my pups favorite things!…read more My pup went here for YEARS! We have since moved out of the area which is why he doesn't go now. There's an indoor and outdoor area which is nice so the facility can be flexible based on weather where the dogs play. This is not the frills, nap time required kind of vibe. It's an unassuming, barebones facility full of employees who just love dogs and dogs who love dogs. This was what worked for my pup- he doesn't care if it looks pretty to humans- he cares (and I care) how he's treated. And he was treated very well and would be jumping around in the parking lot as we would walk up because he was so excited. And the staff would be excited to see him as well. The cost is in line with other daycares in the area - buying a package will help the per day cost. For my pup - totally worth it.

I do not understand how there are so many good reviews for this place. I've been to other doggy…read moredaycare places (Stone Mountain), but Ruff Love was closer and more convenient, so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.

I brought my elderly dog in for a 4th of July visit. It was supposed to be a 4 day stay. I…read moreexplained to the attendant that he was having incontinence issues, and I was told not to worry, that he would be well cared for. I asked about extra services and was told that since it was going to be such a busy weekend that he wouldn't need anything, and she talked me out of the extras. When I picked him up, I was shocked at how badly he smelled of urine. There is no doubt that they just left him to lay in his own urine the whole time I was gone. The smell was so bad that I had to drive home with the windows down and then took him straight into the shower when we arrived. I don't know if he got any attention or if he was actually let out at all. The urine smell suggests that he wasn't. They could have done so much better. I would not recommend that anyone leave their pets here.

Dr. Stacy is BANANAS, AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, WONDERFUL and any other positive adjective you could…read morethink of. An animal chiropractor sounds a little odd. My dog Lexi (who absolutely adores Dr. Stacy) would agree. Before we saw Dr. Stacy my Lexi was limping, whining in pain and had trouble squatting to do her business. She tore a ligament in her leg and needed surgery which was going to be anywhere from $3200-$5000 depending on where we went, and there were not a lot of options. The recovery for the dog after surgery is also really intense and long. Our neighbor's dog had the same problem and surgery and it didn't even work. The dog limped for the rest of it's life. A family friend suggested Stacy to us and I am beyond happy she did. Lexi has been seeing her since Oct or November and she is no longer walking with any semblance of a limp, squats perfectly and hasn't squealed in pain in months. She would be running and fetching again already if she hadn't sprained a ligament in her other knee thus causing a set back in her recovery. We are down to seeing her every other week instead of every week. Check out her webpage to see other testimonials to her amazingess. Just FYI, legally you do need to get a vet's recommendation to see her. If for some reason your vet won't give you one she can give you names of ones that will. She will also need x-rays of the injury. Call her and she will explain all this to you. She is also SUPER flexible when it comes to appointment times. She genuinely wants to help your pet and will do what she can to make that happen. As a bonus you can also use her as your own chiropractor. While her office in Canine Connection is just for animals she also practices on humans. Personally I just love Dr. Stacy. The minute you meet her you can tell she purely loves animals and loves what she does. I never have to worry about asking her too many questions because she is more than happy to answer them all. Even if you think she won't know the answer because it has nothing to do with chiropractics, she can usually point you in the right direction. She also is very knowledgeable when it comes to diet, exercise, and behavior issues that may affect your pet's health. She is on the Katie Canine show every month too. Simply put if your animal is having any issues related to joints and bones or pain take them here. You will not regret it. Me, my dog and my checking account certainly don't.
