One lady was at the register, another stocking shelves and the third missing. I went to the lady at the register and asked for help, she made an announcement. We waited and waited, then another lady came to relieve the lady at the register and started doing paperwork. I had to go up again and ask for help. She came a few minutes later to get the birds out of their cage. But I could tell she was not very pleased at me calling attention to their delay. The First Lady came by to apologize and said she needed to go to the restroom. I respect that and understand but I do not appreciate the attitude the other worker displayed. She even grabbed the bird roughly with her hands, I thought a net should have been used. It was just her whole persona was a bit off. My girls have waited years to get these birds, they saved their hard earned money to buy them. It makes me sad that we were treated with a bit of contempt because of the lack of priority that customers apparently have here. The paperwork could have waited young lady. Customers should have been helped first.

I am used to having ROMEO get haircuts from grooming professionals. I only trust those who go and learn from hair shows. When doing my homework, I came across this shop. So glad I did, because Romeo haircut was absolutely AMAZING! She even did his Mohawk perfectly. So impressed and now I'm sad she won't be in Arizona to give him more haircuts. I didn't have to give my cat and calming meds at all and he's so much better. In addition, James was very good about communicating when he would be able to arrive and how he views his job. He's also reasonably priced! In fact, I think James may be a cat whisperer since my cat has been so affectionate and calm since he was groomed! I am very surprised and pleased with how my skittish boy is doing after James' work. He'll be coming back to do my other cat as well!!

Brought my boy in to a groomer for the second time in his life. I was nervous as the previous…read moregroomer (different business) had said he didn't handle much of any of the grooming well (pulling away, anxious, etc). But the ladies did so well in talking to me and making me comfortable leaving my boy in their care. From the details they provided post-groom, he initially exhibited the same stress and anxiety signs as previously but they took the time to work with him to make it as pleasant as possible. This time when I picked him up, he was freshly bathed, nails trimmed and he didn't seem stressed out. The biggest thing was his eyes were happy, clear, and not bloodshot unlike the last groomer. I get nervous leaving my pup in the care of others, especially when you hear horror stories of abusive borders and groomers but I will DEFINITELY be bringing him back to Furry Tails! Thanks guys!

They are experienced in doing a traditional "cocker spaniel" cut and will change anything if I ask for it (and actually do it vs other places) 2. Open environment - no dog kennels or crates here. So he hadn't had a haircut for awhile as I searched for a local one-on-one groomer. I sent a message out by FB and then we communicated by text which is easy and convenient. My pup was cleaned up and well groomed within an hour and half and we got a bonus- some beautiful photos! After grooming he looked like the 7 month old we found at the shelter, like years younger!
