She made sure to maintain her collie coat without damaging it. My dog was so enamered with Nanci, she followed her back to her van and wanted to get back inside. My younger dog was more nervous as she always is meeting new people. Nanci was again patient and very gentle. Both dogs have been prancing around all evening showing off their new coats! It's a very relaxed friendly and low energy place to bring your dog and know that he/she will be taken care of as well as cleaned up. Chelsea (owner/groomer) and I spoke on the phone for about 30 mins, talking about my dogs and their needs. She is a dog lover like myself and explained everything about herself, the shop and how my babies would be treated. The place is quaint and cozy... and clean! I feel like my dogs will get full attention and cared for very well there.... much more attention than a larger groomer would be able to. I dropped my two babies off.. she called me about 2.5 hours later and I was able to pick them up. My babies were happy, clean and smelled soooo good! I couldn't stop smelling them when we drove home... This is now my forever grooming place! I love Chelsea! She does a great job... very relaxed stress free shop, and my dogs were treated like family.

When we got our Shih Tzu she was squinting a lot in her right eye. I call the groomer the next day because her eye was still irritated and I wanted to ask what happened, the groomer said nothing. I then took my dog to the vet and she said her eye was scrapped. The owner DID NOT accept responsibility or offer any concern or reimbursment. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!! Terrible.

Our three dogs go there for spa services, day care, and overnights with our frequent travels. They will sometimes pick them up at our home and we have tremendous trust in them to care for our priceless pets. So he hadn't had a haircut for awhile as I searched for a local one-on-one groomer. I sent a message out by FB and then we communicated by text which is easy and convenient. I used to get my boys groomed at petsmart back at home so I was worried on the day of when I hadn't heard anything about an appointment confirmation, but I texted and we were still good to go. When I arrived, she was still working with a few other clients so we waited for a bit but it was no problem. She was pretty quiet when I dropped them off but when I picked them up she opened up a bit and talked to me about my boys and other clients she has. I read great reviews about how she treats her pups and I saw that when I picked mine back up. They looked great, might I add!! I'm glad I found a place that grooms well AND cares about their clients. It's hard to find that sometimes and you don't want to be dropping your pups off just anywhere. She's got lots of award ribbons hung up that just proves she does a great job.
