It's a very relaxed friendly and low energy place to bring your dog and know that he/she will be taken care of as well as cleaned up. I highly recommend pawsh to anyone who has a dog that needs a little extra love at the groomers. I also noticed that my larger dogs coat is much lighter from being brushed out so well, so she sheds so much less now than when I've brought her to other groomers. Hands down, the best groomer in the area by far.

Hi, I just moved to the Mound area and was looking for a…read morelocal groomer... read the previous reviews and made an appt. with Pawsh Pets. Chelsea (owner/groomer) and I spoke on the phone for about 30 mins, talking about my dogs and their needs. She is a dog lover like myself and explained everything about herself, the shop and how my babies would be treated. The place is quaint and cozy... and clean! I feel like my dogs will get full attention and cared for very well there.... much more attention than a larger groomer would be able to. I dropped my two babies off.. she called me about 2.5 hours later and I was able to pick them up. My babies were happy, clean and smelled soooo good! I couldn't stop smelling them when we drove home... This is now my forever grooming place! I love Chelsea! She does a great job... very relaxed stress free shop, and my dogs were treated like family.

Many are really made to optimize profit often at the expense of the dog and their well-being. This absolutely is not the case with fusion pet retreat. We were completely pleased with how our Daycare trial went for our two dogs. We got a great tour of the facility. It was very clean and notably. It was one of the few places where when you go into the back, the dogs in their kennels are not barking and crying or showing any signs of distress . Most of them were sleeping soundly in their respective areas. The manager was great. Answered all the questions and gave us a very thorough rundown of what to expect. Sion is very unique and that they do many different things to accommodate the specific personality of the dog. And it was very obvious that the people who work here understand dogs and enjoy them. It is an open play experience, but they do not have the dogs play all day every day, which is actually very good for them! They have them take breaks so they do not get over stimulated-which is unique to Fusion and highlights their knowledge of dogs. The place is huge and not at all crowded. They have several different areas for the dogs to play so that they can easily group them by play style. My one dog it's only eight months old and newer to this environment so he was a little timid. We got many videos and photos of him playing with other More timid dogs, and several staff members who slowly introduced him to the bigger area and he was very happy. We will use this place again it again without hesitation !

I have a huge home project going on with a dog that has no place to go. I have been a client with them since they were Aunt Ruthie's - daycare, boarding and training. So disappointed. Our dogs were kept in the basement where we were not allowed to go. Neither one of them ate while we were gone and we were not notified of this and they both had developed diarrhea. No one told us anything until we picked them up! So we went to pick them up after we got back from Texas and could see that something was very wrong. They each had lost 4 lbs!!! The older one was so weak that by the next day she could not stand. We took her to the emergency vet in Coon Rapids where they gave her some IV fluids and prescribed some medication. We were lucky that she made it. Our other dog pulled through okay. The Bed and Bone is not a good place for dogs and there is no communication about your dog. After this incident, I never boarded my dogs again but used Rover to have someone come to the house and stay with them. I highly recommend them. It might cost more but it's worth it, not just in price but in care, plus you're not paying an emergency vet bill. Its a bad bad bad place!
