Do not use this Facility. We went and did a visit and everything was good and we felt comfortable…read morewith Sophia taking caring of our dogs. Then when it came time for our dogs to be boarded Sophia was not around and her husband Travis was in charge. I left detailed instructions with their routine and pill schedules and it was never followed and honestly probably never looked at again after I left. They were not getting water when they were there and when they got home they drank 2 bowls of water instantly. They most likely never got there allergy meds as they were super itchy, and I know they didn't get all their hip and joint meds. I always provide specific treats due to allergies and they were never given to them. At the most they were let out a max of 3 times a day for around 20 minutes max at a time. I know this as there are cameras to watch your dogs when you're gone. One day the camera was shut off for 12 hours. The day we picked them up they were in the kennel for at least 6 hours without being let out. They never got let out in the morning before 8:30 AM. The water bucket they used for cleaning the kennel areas was disgusting and had poop in the water. My dogs never have accidents but being locked up in Jail all day they had to relieve themselves somewhere. All the husband talks about is playing his video games. Obviously he's LAZY and shouldn't be able to be around animals. I was woke up to a dog puking the 1st night home and now I will have vet bills from them being in such unsanitary situations. I reached out to Sophia about all this and was told she has been getting numerous complaints and intends to scale back the kennel in accordance with Travis's abilities to improve the care he provides, back to basics kinds of things. This business should not be around at all with the animal cruelty and neglect that comes with it.

The absolute best place. Travis and Sophia are wonderful and have worked miracles with our dog…read moreSnoopy. Snoopy loves to go to what we lovingly call Kennel Club and has become a happier dog, living his best life because of the positive interactions he has playing with all the dogs. Travis and Sophia are great about sending us pictures of Snoopy when he's with them and the facility has cameras so you can tune in yourself. We recommend to any and every dog parent we meet!

Daycare here is one of my pups favorite things!…read more My pup went here for YEARS! We have since moved out of the area which is why he doesn't go now. There's an indoor and outdoor area which is nice so the facility can be flexible based on weather where the dogs play. This is not the frills, nap time required kind of vibe. It's an unassuming, barebones facility full of employees who just love dogs and dogs who love dogs. This was what worked for my pup- he doesn't care if it looks pretty to humans- he cares (and I care) how he's treated. And he was treated very well and would be jumping around in the parking lot as we would walk up because he was so excited. And the staff would be excited to see him as well. The cost is in line with other daycares in the area - buying a package will help the per day cost. For my pup - totally worth it.

I do not understand how there are so many good reviews for this place. I've been to other doggy…read moredaycare places (Stone Mountain), but Ruff Love was closer and more convenient, so I thought I'd give it a try. I went in today for an orientation and a walk through at about 10AM. IMO, there were way too many dogs in each area. The dog rooms are small and dimly lit, and all connected, so the atmosphere is very loud. I was shocked at how many large dogs were in such a small area. As we walked through with the staff, a fight broke out between two dogs. Others joined in because there was no where to go. One staff in the room for about 20-25 large dogs. No wonder. There is simply not enough room for the number and size of dogs in that space. I would never leave my dog there.
