My journey began about 10 years ago, when a bad medical misdiagnosis on one of my beloved dogs led me to search for a better, high-quality vet (not just some "adequate" place to get the occasional vaccine or a check-up). Somewhere that really cares about me and my pets, follows our journey and understands our needs, and cares about the questions I have and the issues we encounter (even the small ones). This search led me to Zimmvet, a bright and clean, modern facility which offered a great variety of products and services, and had no shortage of veterinarians and technicians consistently operating at the highest level of excellence with the utmost compassion and professionalism. I transferred all of my dogs to Zimmvet and it was the best decision I ever made for them. My dog, Jasper was treated by Dr. Olson for the remainder of his long life, and my younger dog, Ike was treated by Dr. Soderberg. Both dogs got to know (and loved) their doctors (and the rest of the wonderful, outgoing team that always greeted us warmly and made us feel at home). Zimmvet was a little like extended family. When I had to say a painful goodbye recently to my furbaby Ike, I received the most touching and heartfelt card (along with a small personalized keychain) from Zimmvet. The card was one of the sweetest I have ever received in my life, and was signed by the entire staff. This moved me to tears, not just because of the thought and time it took, but because of the genuineness of their compassion; they care deeply about the animals they see and treat and I know that they remembered, cared about, and were attached to and invested in Ike. If you are looking for a veterinarian, this clinic is a "forever home" for any beloved pet. A place of love and countless resources, whereby the staff will always treat you with respect and work hard to look after and treat your animal(s) as their own.
