So he hadn't had a haircut for awhile as I searched for a local one-on-one groomer. I sent a message out by FB and then we communicated by text which is easy and convenient. My pup was cleaned up and well groomed within an hour and half and we got a bonus- some beautiful photos! After grooming he looked like the 7 month old we found at the shelter, like years younger!

I gave a 4-star review and Mary was not happy about it. She reached out to me inquiring why it was not 5. I was feeling bullied into giving a 5. I told her how my dogs love it there and I thought 4 was a good rating.... We had an exchange and I could go into details, but again, I won't. I don't feel the need to smear somebody and be petty online. I told her I was going to have to think about bringing them back because of how I was being treated but not that I wasn't going to. She basically referred me to other places and cancelled my info and will not allow me to log in. If anyone wants to reach out to me privately, feel free and I will explain further. Well to my surprise they did everything I told her not too. When I asked Stacey, the owner why were his eyes lashes cut off.....she shrugged her shoulders and said "oh well, at least they will grow back". I was to stunned and speechless at her " not giving a crap" attitude. Yes, my dogs eyes lashes will grow back.......it will only take 1 year to 15 months to achieve that length. I asked for my money back and was told that is not an option and she has never in 30 years of grooming had anybody ask for their money back, ha! The total lack of caring and this from the owner of the small business is so disappointing.

Our dogs were kept in the basement where we were not allowed to go. Neither one of them ate while we were gone and we were not notified of this and they both had developed diarrhea. No one told us anything until we picked them up! So we went to pick them up after we got back from Texas and could see that something was very wrong. They each had lost 4 lbs!!! The older one was so weak that by the next day she could not stand. We took her to the emergency vet in Coon Rapids where they gave her some IV fluids and prescribed some medication. We were lucky that she made it. Our other dog pulled through okay. The Bed and Bone is not a good place for dogs and there is no communication about your dog. After this incident, I never boarded my dogs again but used Rover to have someone come to the house and stay with them. I highly recommend them. It might cost more but it's worth it, not just in price but in care, plus you're not paying an emergency vet bill. Its a bad bad bad place!

Our three dogs go there for spa services, day care, and overnights with our frequent travels. They will sometimes pick them up at our home and we have tremendous trust in them to care for our priceless pets. One of them is special needs (blind) and they ensure he's kept with our others and safe. We've had experiences where our dogs have come home injured and that has never been the case here! Dogs are happy to go there but happier to come home. Great people and huge asset for to our area.

I used them twice. The first time was November 2020. OK for a de-shedding. Didn't rinse out throughly and had to rinse again at home. Rather pricey. $75 but they did a good job with my small Sheba's double coat. The second appointment I didn't make it without cancel due to being in the hospital for observation of stroke symptoms. They still charged $25 fee even with explanation. The OUTRAGEOUS second time was April 20th 2021. Neglect and bad care. - charged $75 for a de-shedding he didn't need - only took 10 minutes on him - left so much soap on he literally suds up when rinsed at home - used SO MUCH doggie Cologne he stunk to high heaven WORST OF ALL His ear was bit and didn't say a word!!! He wasn't around any dogs other than the groomer when signs were noticed in his fuzzy delicate ear two weeks later. Chunks of ear started falling out. Leaving a missing tip and two nicks on the sides. If we had been told a vet may have saved the ear. Accidents happen and would have asked for a refund. So furious it took me one month to cool off and write this review properly. And No I haven't called the business because there's no way I could be civil and not threaten. I will be reporting to the BBB! Come to find out THEY Are NOT listed or ACCREDITED with the BBB!
