I go to Pet Stuff because they offer services like nail clipping and baths. The staff deal with all kinds of dogs and animal lovers. I find the staff to be very helpful when I need dog food but know what type to buy. Stuff takes the time to educate me. The staff offers suggestions for the best training treats for my specific dog. pet stuff is a fun store to just look at toys, new products and lots of dog and cat food. Wonderful store. We had our chihuahua groomed at Pet Stuff and are super pleased with the results. We have been shopping here for years and love the friendly people who have helped us select the right food and treats for our dog. read more

This review is in addition to one I left on Google several months ago. Roy (my dog) and I stopped into Pet Stuff to purchase Dr. Marty's food. We were greeted right away by a friendly staff, and the owner, Tom, was there to answer all my questions. Tom gave me great advice on how get my picky eater to eat! It works when I use it but so hard to say no to Roy when he wants something tasty like shredded cheese sprinkled on his food, or freshly baked chicken right out of the oven. He has become spoiled. We are headed back today to pick up some food to help with Roy's allergies. I am praying this will work finally. Thank you to the Pet Stuff owner and staff. read more

This is your full service store for virtually everything related to domestic and wild animals. They have an unbelievable selection of dog, cat, rabbit, etc. food and supplies. They have a self service dog wash and they do nails as well. If you feed birds, their selection of wild bird feed is pretty amazing. And if you sign up for the loyalty program, then you can quickly earn free bags of bird food. The staff is super helpful and will carry your purchases to your car! read more

Probably the largest non-chain pet store I have ever been to! Half the store is for cats, half for dogs and towards the back is small animal items & wildlife food/feeders! We found some new catnip toys, different dog bones & even got some Fancy Finch food (which they love). I will certainly plan on coming back here soon! We stopped by after going to a restaurant and the customer service was great and the selection of items is huge! read more

Pet Stuff - how can you not love a shop with such a great name? As you can imagine, this place is full of ... well ... pet stuff! Need a dog toy? Check. Cat litter? Check. Mealworms to feed your birds? Check. In-store dog training? Check. Yes, you read that right - they actually offer dog obedience classes here! I drop by Pet Stuff on average twice a month. No, I don't overfeed my pets. I have quite a few outdoor bird feeders, and Pet Stuff has excellent bird seed. Tip/Factoid: Pet Stuff sells these great large bags of bird seed - it's bulk, inexpensive, and smells pretty fresh. Plus, my outdoor birds LOVE it. They have bags of black oil sunflower seed for just a couple of dollars, bags of mixed seed that includes millet, sunflower seeds, and other various grains for two or three bucks, and of course, corn for the bluejays or squirrels! My dog loves coming in here with me - the employees are really nice, and they'll always give her a treat (or two - she's a cute dog so she can usually con her way into a second treat!) If you just need quick pet supplies, don't feel like fighting for a space at Target, and really want to support local small business, check out Pet Stuff - they'll have exactly what you're looking for, and probably more. read more

Great family owned and staffed pet center. Top quality dog food that's kept my dog going for 15.5 years. Staff is very helpful and was very gentle and quick giving our senior dog a mail job. read more

One of my favorite spots to shop with the dogs. Family owned by people that live nearby and care about you and your animals. They carry the food out to the car and always have treats at the cash register for the dogs. Love this place! read more

This place is not far from where I live and carries the holistic dog food that I feed my pooches, which was a pleasant surprise. When I bought my 30 lb bag of dog food, the helpful and friendly staff insisted on carrying it to my car for me. In addition to the wide selection of food/treats/toys/accessories, they have a separate room with an elevated station to wash your own dogs - and it's not foo foo, but it's also not overpriced. Previous experience with a local dog wash/groomer (see review of Bubbly Paws) has confirmed to me that if you want something done to your high standard, do it yourself. I will be using the station at Pet Stuff from now on - thanks for being so helpful, Tom. It's refreshing when an owner of a small business treats someone like a valued customer. read more

This is, as the rating says, as good as it gets. The inventory is huge and they are very helpful. When our puppy (70lb chocolate lab, 9 years old) decided to quit eating, we were guided to a helpful fix. We buy all of our dog needs here and every once in a while, we bring our bull in a china shop along. He likes to pick out his own bone. :) read more

only place i go for my cat and dogs stuff! Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly love love love this place,

This place is like a family owned one location Chuck and Don's with way better customer service. They have so much stuff packed into this place you wonder how they keep track of it all! I mean they do it all, obedience classes, play groups, adoption events, food for every pet and then some, first aid, toys, treats, that stuff you put in the bottom of hamster cages.....honest to goodness....everything. I am in this neighborhood and I love this place. Awesome customer service. They pride themselves on it. One night in a panic when my lab cut open her food on a night time walk I ran (literally) over to pick up some QuikStop to stop the bleeding. I was in owner-panic-mode and they were calm and helped me stop the bleeding and sold me some bandaging. Saved me probably over $300 from having to take her to the emergency vet. This was a Friday night mind you. They always have everything I need--they even gave me a single bootie for her paw so it didn't get wet after it was bandaged. Plus everyone is friendly and prices are really competitive. read more

Love this local spot! Prices are reasonable, and the salesman carried my million-pound box of litter out to my car.

I really like this store! It's a small business that carries high quality products for your pet! Very good store, worth checking out.

This place is simply the best pet shop around. My wife and I have been customers for 3 yrs now and wouldn't dream of taking our business elsewhere. When for some odd reason they were out of our specific dog food the owner would find another place in The Cities that had some and go pick it up and bring it to the store so we didn't have to wait for more to come in. Yesterday my wife called and asked if there was any possible way to get a bag of dog food delivered. With me out of town this week and her extremely busy at work and preparing to leave for vacation she just didn't have time to drive up there. Immediately when she asked for a possible delivery the owner said absolutely, even though we live all the way out in Chaska!! This was just one example of why we shop there and will always continue to! read more

Terrible service. Walked in the store in which 3 employees were standing at the front counter, not one of them greeted us. Walked around the entire store for around 15 minutes without being approached once by employees while they carried on their conversation at the front. When leaving they didn't say anything. Terrible service wouldn't go back there for anything with that kind of service. read more
