Stopped into this Under Armour Brand House location today in Tysons Corner.the first thing you will notice is how well stocked, organized and neat the store is. there was not one article are piece of clothing out of place are mismatched. As soon as I stepped into the store, I was greeted when by a sales associate who was eager to help me find what I needed and answer all my questions I the uniqueness of their customer service approach, and the fact that the layout is so well organized, made my customer experience outstanding. While there, I had the opportunity to try on some shoes and the sales associate was proactive bringing me several sizes and styles given the particular shoe size I needed. This enabled me to try on the shoe based on my foot, purpose/use and liking. Not to mention, there was a pair where my size was out of stock. This was no problem for the store. I was able to order the shoe product while in the store and have it shipped to my home.... At no extra cost and a two day delivery at that! In all, I left there a happy camper and with more items that I initially were seeking to buy ....go figure. lol. She asked for my phone number to bring up my DSW awards account. I informed her that I did not have one. She then asked for my # anyway because it would just take a moment to create an account for me. I informed Tina that I didn't want to create an awards account and only wanted to return the shoes. At this point, Tina has decided that she is still going to harass me to get a DSW awards account. She asked me why didn't I want a rewards account. I inform her that I was not required to have a rewards account to return merchandise and that I was also not required to tell her why I did not want something and that my NO should be sufficient. Tina, who still has not returned my shoes, informs me that "No is not an answer". She was basically demanding to know why I was saying No to opening an awards account. Only after I informed her that I knew my rights and was aware that there is no store policy that I must have a rewards account to return merchandise did she process my return. She thrusts the receipt in my hand. I informed Tina that I would be filing a complaint against her but she didn't seem to care. I guess this is DSW's store policy now to harass & try to humiliate their customers into giving out their personal information, also known as PII. Good luck with that. Thank goodness this is the age of technology :)

Since I now work in Arlington, I visit both this Marshalls and the nearby TJ Maxx pretty often, and I've consistently had better luck here. I've come across some really great finds at this Marshalls, from wardrobe staples to little unexpected gems. On the flip side, I rarely find much worth grabbing at the TJ Maxx in this area, which always surprises me given how much I typically love that store. Selection & Finds: This location always seems to have a solid selection, and the inventory feels more thoughtfully stocked compared to the TJ Maxx nearby. I've walked out with some really good finds here on multiple occasions, which keeps me coming back. I do wish they carried more workout gear, especially things like weight lifting gloves, since that's one category where the selection feels a bit limited. Store Experience: One thing that really stands out is how neat and organized this Marshalls is. I'm always pleasantly surprised when I walk in and don't feel like I have to dig through piles just to browse. The layout makes shopping feel easier and less chaotic than what I've experienced at the TJ Maxx close by. Service: The store associates here are attentive and kind, which makes a difference. Whether it's helping at checkout or answering a quick question, the interactions have always been pleasant. Now as long as I can find some pair(s) which are in the style I like, I'm in business for a super deal. Outlet stores often offer buy one pair and get 1/2 off on the second pair (of equal or lesser value) deal. If you can find two pairs you really like, it might make it worthwhile to purchase your shoes here. My wife and I sometimes have good luck finding one pair each (of similar value) to take a full advantage of their offer. Even then, it translates into about 25% off per pair of already reduced outlet prices. If the second pair is a lot less than the first, you obviously don't receive a good deal. I have seen some offers like BO and get the second pair for $20, or some other variations of offers. Additional 10% military discount is a plus any day. Happy hunting.

It would have been the ultimate combination of items, or combine the Alice Wallet with The Baltimore Ravens's Travler Purse. The employee who was helping use was helpful and cheerful.  She made the whole experience worthwhile.  We are sure to come back when my wife feels the need for another new purse...or see what new arrivals are in this store... Whichever comes first:)

Right now the store is 70% off plus an additional 20% off. Today I went by to take a peek around and left with a card wallet that was regular priced $69 and I paid less than $18. May have to go back and get a few for Christmas gifts. Yes, I purchase Christmas gifts through out the year :-)
