We didn't realize it at first, but there is a corridor going between a section of booths that is supposed to be the service queue. Thankfully it was POLITELY pointed out by the more familiar patrons, so we got in line. The menu is an easy read, nothing complicated here and the staff is very friendly, and apparently very aware that we were newbies here, all in good natured chat, this place is starting to feel very friendly. Placing our orders we take a booth and there are flowers in vases on the tables! Looking around, this place is very clean, like REAL clean. There is even staff that hang out in the middle of the dining room looking around. When they see a patron leave, the staff grabs some kind of wipes and wipe down the table that was just vacated. The feeling here is that this is an elevated food establishment. Like a crossover between a full service restaurant and a grab-and-go place. A cheerful individual brings us our tray and makes it seem like he was glad to do so. This is so different from the energy outside that gives the appearance of a 3 lane highway during a traffic jam with staff working the line. However, while we are sitting there eating we do see the line moving along not too slowly. The parking for dine-in was plentiful and the interior is also well lit as well as very clean. The food is good. The chicken is hot and moist, lettuce and tomatoes cool and fresh. I don't like pickles so that was no problem to leave off. The fries are like round waffles. Not my favorite style but tasty enough. Overall, a good experience in a relaxed environment.

Cold hollow chewy baguette stuffed with cold salad, yuck all around. I still have regrets! This specific location wasn't keeping up with cleanliness. I need to remind myself to stop order their parties because they're terrible, besides the okay coconut macaroon. Everything else is always so dry and way too sweet without any special fruit flavor regardless if it raspberry, blueberry, lemon, pumpkin whatever.

Customer service was what one would expect from a fast food restaurant, run be teens. The food was okay. It hits the spot if you are looking for a fast, budget friendly fast food.

Short: Super friendly, delicious, great sizes, and so many options! Visited week of Sept 26th 2022…read more When I arrived, there was a queue of 3 people. The register staff was super friendly and polite. Along with patience, as my friend has never been to a Five Guys. They served us our Milkshakes as we waited. There was pick up/online orders, but we still received our food within 10 mins. You can pick up some peanuts as you wait as well! The location looks to be well staffed, had 3 cooking, 1 cashier who later cleaned thoroughly the dining room. [Food, Shakes, & Cost]: I got a "little cheeseburger" [$7.95], regular fries, and a milkshake [$6.25]. My friend got the "little hamburger" [$6.95] and milkshake. Mix-ins to the milkshakes are included in the price/free! [You can even mix in **bacon** into your shake] The little cheeseburger was the size of a normal fast food burger (about the size of your palm & some), so bigger than little! The only cheese they have is Cheddar. I added grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos (raw), green bell peppers (raw), BBQ Sauce, and Mayo. The beef was fresh and grilled right there to view. On a sesame bun, Five Guys burgers are really what you imagine a burger to traditionally/stereotypically look like. Overall, the taste was delicious and it wasn't overly greasy. Just got a bit messy with all the fixings not with grease. The fries are served in a drink cup. Which I find cute and original. Five Guys uses peanut oil to fry their fresh and locally harvested potatoes. They post in the front by the line where the potatoes came from and even display peanuts [and peanut oil] in the restaurant. The fries were hot!! It wasn't super greasy but did have oil to them, but they probably literally just came out of the fryer. I found my batch was a bit overly dark, but it wasn't a disgusting burnt crisp. Their fries still held a good crunch but softness. [Shakes]: The milkshake was chocolate and malted milk [!!!!]. I really hunt and love malt shakes, they just taste different with almost a different consistency as well. It truly did taste like a chocolate malt shake. (I even saw a clump of malt powder at the bottom). My friend got Banana. I am happy to say it was not that [gross] artificial tasting Banana but *fresh* fruity banana taste. Overall the consistencies were great and of good quality in taste. I just wish it was a tad bit chocolat-ier and for the price I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Overall, seriously love this Five Guys location, everything a Five Guys should be and is. Definitely want to come visit again for burgers, fries, and shakes!

The fish and chips was sad, the pieces they gave were tiny very dense and breaded almost like a chicken strip and they looked like half of a tilapia fillet, definitely not what I expected from the GIANT picture on their reader board. Dairy Queen's chicken fingers are bigger than these pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is prepackaced and super processed and very chemical tasting. The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up. I expect so much more from a local place like this, but as it is your just a bit below what I'd expect from a Burger King or McDonalds.

We stopped by this afternoon because I wanted a burger. Multiple employees greeted us when we walked in and chatted with us as we looked at the menu. Others stopped by to check on us as we ate and bus the table for us. Which I find to be kind of impressive for what is basically fast food. Local, but still fast food. The owner happened to be there as well and took the time to visit with us about the restaurant. I ordered the toxic burger with extra pickles, which is my standard go-to choice at every Toxic location. Plus the chicken dippers with raspberry habanero and pineapple jerk sauces. My husband ordered the Cali burger. Food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. I love making my own homemade barbecue sauces all the time, so when I find restaurant ones I really like and crave, I develop a small obsession. Which is absolutely the case with their raspberry habanero sauce. I was beyond excited that they have it at this location, as not all of them do. Apparently they are working on getting all of the same sauces at every location, which I think is awesome. Restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's an old Jack in the Box building, so they've utilized the drive-thru as well as indoor dining. Would I return? Absolutely. A million times over. I've been to each and every Toxic location, and this one is hands down one of my favorites. This is such an amazing, small, local business to get behind and support. I've never actually had a bad or even mediocre experience at any Toxic location, and that is something that speaks volumes to me. Review 28 of 2025

I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in about 5 years. I used to be a regular, and gosh, I must admit I have been missing their sandwiches. I brought my friend here because she never had Jimmy John's, and this was the one nearest us. The cashier was very patient as my friend is vegetarian and was trying to figure out what to eat. She got "#6 The Veggie", and I the "#14 Bootlegger Club". The service was "freaky fast" and somewhat friendly as well, making sure we ordered what we wanted. [The sandwiches]: The Veggie has mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, double provolone cheese, and Jimmy John's Avocado spread. The Bootlegger Club has turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I added cucumber and Jimmy John's own mustard. JJ's own mustard, I would say is like old-fashioned German mustard, which has whole mustard seeds, so it's filled with spice but not 'spicy'. I love the fact this sandwich has 2 different deli types of meat!! An ample amount of each meat and sandwich kept me full for the rest of my day. I love Jimmy John's sandwiches because they are made with French bread/baguette. Love the fluffy interior and that crusty, crispy exterior, a great quality bake. I'm thinking I'm going to be coming here more regularly!
