    After a long, long (whew), long drive from the opposite end of the Earth (OK, it was just from the…read morewest coast, but it seemed that far on the drive), I decided that it was time to take the lovely Clover (what? don't tell me that you don't name your Mini!) in for some special attention. Making an appointment was super easy. I had the option to call or make the appt. online. Drop-off was quick and stress-free. Being a first-time customer, they didn't have any info on my car, and all it took was to slip my key fob into a special device that brought up all of the information about my car (super cool). I was given the option to wait in the lounge or drop off (no loaners currently available). I chose to wait it out since I had no one to drive me home. The lounge is small, but comfy. Coffee, snacks, nice chairs, and tv are all available to make your wait a little nicer. On a side (ish) note, I love to shop for Mini products and found that they really didn't have much in terms of a product store. Just a few things (t-shirts, caps) available... sigh! After just over an hour, my service rep came back with a report for me (wow, that was fast) on what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take. I was out of there in about 2 hours with two new tires, alignment, and fresh fluids. They offered a car wash as well. I would definitely recommend Crown Mini for servicing your beloved Mini. They are efficient and reliable, and will take care of your car like it was their own Mini. Much Mini love to Crown staff!

    Some of the techs are great! Others are... Meh?…read more Most mechanics, you get a diagnosis, come back and the same tech works to address the diagnosis. I don't know why BMW doesn't follow industry standard there, but an experienced tech will diagnose, but if you go back for anything (follow up, you didn't have time, etc.) a green tech will get your car without existing knowledge. Maybe it's a way to get a few more hours of labor as the new tech determines what's up. Whenever I've gotten the same tech in particular tho, it's always been fantastic and usually super quick too! As long as you specify, you should be good to go!

    This is a review of the service department. Consistently bad service. They don't call you back,…read moredon't have your vehicle serviced when promised or expected- a factory recall took two days- BMW app updates and it doesn't always work. Take it to the dealer (the correct thing to do, right) and they don't seem to know how to fix it and blame it on apple (?) They needed to order parts for a defect in my seats.... that was weeks ago. Said it would be about 5 days. I haven't heard from this since. Called on 6/3/26... all they could do is say they'll have someone call me back. Prior experience: spent a day leaving 3 or more messages and no one called me back the entire day. I had heard from other Richmond BMW owners about the terrible service at this dealership. I thought maybe it was a fluke... Not the case. Its poorly run, poorly managed, no customer service at all. I got better service in 1982 at a Chevrolet dealership on my Monte Carlo... it's literally that bad here. And there are loads of service writers there and not one of them ever gives a smile. They look miserable. Their shuttle driver took me from the dealership to work one time, and he talked about politics the entire ride, which is not only unprofessional, but he was also downright stupid and extremely stuck up Trumps A... I should have reported it then but i was so sick of it by the time I got to work I just wanted to forget it. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere if you need service on your BMW and it's still under factory warranty. I'm going to Fairfax BMW next time and hope for better. Glad I didn't buy it from RIC, no telling how bad that experience would have been. The sales experience wasn't perfect at BMW of Alexandria either. My wife's car is a 2024 Mercedes.... Mercedes of Fredericksburg is spot on every time. What a difference. Very disappointed.

Roger greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and offered any assistance I needed. I'd done my research and was looking to get an entry level bike and Roger was able to answer all my questions. I love the design and simplicity of Honda bikes and ended up purchasing an orange Rebel 300. It was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. No pressure, no problems. Bought and drove off. I had my spouse drive it home and he loved the ride! I've been riding it around the neighborhood and getting a feel for the friction zone all afternoon and I'm in love! It's perfect for a novice and I really appreciate Roger getting it to me today!

    I would never recommend Honda House to anyone. It was the worst service I have ever had…read more They gave me a quote for one number, and when I asked multiple times to confirm, they said it was final. I get to the store and suddenly there is a registration fee. Then, going through the bill together after I paid, it turns out I was charged that registration fee twice. When I pointed it out, they changed their answer and said it was a tax fee, which I had also already paid. On top of that, I told them four days in advance that I needed a fast pickup and asked them to have everything ready. They said, "No problem, we can do it in 15 minutes." I get there and it takes two hours, so I had to leave and come back. Horrible service.
