I live 1 1/2 hours away, and couldn't make it down there to bring the box to them. I spoke with Nick on the phone and he offered to make the round trip and pick the box up from my house just so I could have my bike back in time. From the moment I first spoke with them on the phone about the install and dyno I was impressed with their professionalism and customer service. However, after Nick volunteered to drive to my house to get me squared away, that took my appreciation for their customer service to the next level. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. I love the design and simplicity of Honda bikes and ended up purchasing an orange Rebel 300. It was probably the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. No pressure, no problems. Bought and drove off. I had my spouse drive it home and he loved the ride! I've been riding it around the neighborhood and getting a feel for the friction zone all afternoon and I'm in love! It's perfect for a novice and I really appreciate Roger getting it to me today!

I get to the store and suddenly there is a registration fee. Then, going through the bill together after I paid, it turns out I was charged that registration fee twice. When I pointed it out, they changed their answer and said it was a tax fee, which I had also already paid. On top of that, I told them four days in advance that I needed a fast pickup and asked them to have everything ready. They said, "No problem, we can do it in 15 minutes." I get there and it takes two hours, so I had to leave and come back. Horrible service.

Once there we were offered all the amenities to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The staff was very friendly and got me back on the road in record time. Lt Dan actually called me the next day to make sure we got home safely and offer his assistance if we ever needed the dealership again.

That's where the good ended. There was little to no communication until I reached out and demanded it. I needed new tires. He didn't consult me about which ones I wanted, he made a unilateral decision and ordered a set without talking to me about it. I never signed any paperwork, I was never given a solid price. New tires, mounted and installed for over $1500. I'm not even mad about the amount, I'm mad that at no point was Michael, the owner, upfront about what he was doing. I was never told what tires he was ordering, I was never asked what tires I wanted. I was never given a timeline, and I was never given a final price. I got 2 different quotes for the same service. The first shop, the dealer I bought the bike for, quoted me $600 less than Pro Street. The second shop quoted me $550 less. If you value honesty and your money, take your business somewhere else. Find somewhere else. I will be.

I even inquired about a model of a cbr the little toy model ones and the workers were SO SO willing to look up, show me the options, and decide if I want to order one (browsing the colours), they also didn't act weird when I passed on the other cbr models cuz the one was i wanted was all black like my bike . I was offered an appointment a few days later to drop my vehicle off in the evening and the Service advisor called me early the next afternoon reporting repairs were all completed as well as an oil change I requested. When I picked up the car I was informed of an ongoing issue that needs to be paid attention to at this time and told this will require future repair but isn't absolutely necessary at this time. I felt my bill was very reasonable, service was very prompt and my overall experience with this shop was great. I hope to be a regular customer for all my automobile needs and recommend them highly. In 2016 I bought the best bike of my life through these guys, a ninja 636 let editio. These guys were awesome and even helped me out beyond their normal work hours. As a dumb buyer I walked in 1 hr before closing, I was greeted by all the staff nicely, asked if I wanted a water and proceeded to answer every question I had even though they were about to close. walked over to the 636 line up, fell in love with 1 in the corner dawned in the krt colors and said I'll take this one. No "can you come back tomorrow" no "we're about to close" just the whole staff saying "we're going to get you a brand new untouched one".Tthey stayed 2 hours pass closing to uncrate and build me a brand new bike and checked up on me every week past that to make sure everything was to my expectation. What a great group of people and now that I'm back from Alaska I will definitely be buying my new ride from them for years to come. And I know what some reading this will say " yeah it's because they were getting money" absolutely not the case, they made me feel like family and even apologized saylong they apologize because "took too long" so I could pay tomorrow if I needed. This is a great local shop that actually specializes in Indian repairs. I needed an upper belt…read moreguard replaced on my Scout 60, and this was the ONLY shop in town that would even take the job! I never thought it would be so difficult getting some work done on my bike, but the level of rudeness I endured from various other shops (ahem...Pro Street Cycles) was ridiculous. Nick is an easy going guy and knows what he's doing. His work is quality, and won't break the bank. He works on all makes and models, but it was especially nice to find a competent Indian motorcycle mechanic in the area. Not sure whats going on with a lot of young business owners these days, but they sure as hell don't want to do any work. This shop is different. Will definitely call these guys first in the future.

Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.
