First off Larry is a good guy but he's just a salesman and probably doesn't have much pull once a sale is made. As much as I want to give a high rating I just can't. Went there Saturday and bought Mahindra 1126HST, added a box blade and a grapple attachment for the front. Grapple needed a 3rd function switch that I was told was in stock and takes virtually no time to install. Ok so the tractor was expected to be delivered yesterday or today (Tuesday or Wednesday). Well no tractor! Contact them and asked where my tractor is and I was told that the switch was not in stock and had to be ordered but should be here by Friday at the latest and hopefully the tractor will be delivered Friday or Saturday. Received another call and I was told that the part might NOT be here by Friday and they don't get deliveries on Saturday so since they are closed on Monday it appears that I might not get my tractor until late next week. This is unacceptable and I really wish I can pull out of this $33,000 deal and go down the street and get a Kubota which I know are a little more expensive but I would trade that off with better customer service and experience. I will contact Mahindra directly to see what my options are since I don't believe I will get any compensation or satisfaction from Ultimate Cycle. So this is an updated review. Luke Oley reached out to me and we had a nice talk and he was able to resolve every issue that I had. seems like there was a lack of communication and the issue was addressed and I'm pretty confident that going forward there's not gonna be any more issues. The tractor was promised to be delivered tomorrow so we'll see. Fair is fair and Luke addressed all the issues and took care of them so hopefully this was just a blip. read more

I looked on line and they had 2 different 4wheelers on line go in Tuesday to but them when I walked in the sales agent did not come off friendly or helpfull after talking to him for less the 2 min I asked about the 2 4wheelers which they did not have found 2 that would work he said lets do paperwork went to his desk by the front door they don't take card I was gonna pay with my debit card and they don't take any card, DO not buy from them service SUCKs talked bad about other dealers did not have what they said they had This company thrives on making to pay for in payments and interest for those payments I bought better name 4wheelers for what they was gonna charge with much better customer service. read more

(Sales) Can't recommend this business, especially if you're not a straightforward walk-on. They're claiming to be understaffed because of COVID-19, which makes little sense because of how break-neck busy they claim to be. I wanted to do research, agree to a price, and get all the details ironed out a few weeks before picking up the bike. Toward the end of the sale, I was ghosted because of the specific bank I've decided to finance with. Tried to call in, and the receptionist told me that the person I was working with "was working on it, and will email you soon." He couldn't be bothered to return calls regarding a thousands-of-dollars purchase. It's been over a week. Several emails to them, radio silence. I handed them a sale and they declined as unprofessionally as possible. I found a comparable price in an area closer to me, and am exceedingly glad that I didn't finish the deal here. Poor management, poor leadership, poor experience. Since I have to give one star, I'll say that the salesman shouldn't be faulted, because being brutally overwhelmed by your sales manager is not your fault. read more

Purchased a used Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager from Ultimate Cycle. They made the entire process enjoyable. I drove 125 miles to look at the motorcycle I saw online. It was as advertised. They knew the purchase and maintenance history for the bike which was a huge selling point for me. I asked to take it for a test drive. They took my license information and let me go. No bogus credit check. When I got back I made an offer. They accepted my offer. They charge a very reasonable $99 doc fee. The dealership near me charges a $900 doc fee plus a pre inspection delivery fee on used bikes. How do you negotiate when the starting point is $2,000 in fees? I wrote a check and asked them to call me when it cleared. They called and I picked up the bike and trailered it home. They had the manual, 2 keys, and transferred the extended warranty for me. No pressure to finance with them or any add on fees or unwanted accessories. At every step of the transaction they thanked me for my business. It was the most enjoyable big ticket purchase I have ever made. Well worth the trip. I highly recommend them. read more

From the time I walked in the door seeking to buy a bike, the sales manager expressed that the bike I wanted to buy was not in stock and he was too busy helping a customer to help me. I got help from a salesman, but he was going to be out this week and supposedly left notes. After a day and a half of playing phone tag with the sales staff, I showed up in person to make the $275 deposit to get the bike built. Upon arrival I explained what I was trying to do and one guy tried to help me to no avail. No one apologized just tried to justify their poor service with the fact that they have been overwhelmed by sales. The original manager comes over and asks if he could help. He said he would find the notes and get the deposit. The notes were incomplete at best, when I explained all we talked about, he said let's start over. I said if I have to start over after all I've been through, I'm walking out. He told me to walk! It was clear to me they had all the business they needed and didn't need my business. We bought a Suzuki DRZ here a few days ago. Ultimate Cycle was the best price around (and he basically checked the entire East Coast), and everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. This is my boyfriend's sixth motorcycle and it was the best experience he's had buying a bike by far. If he have any issues, we know these guys will be there to take care of it. read more

The guys here are very friendly and helpful. I've had them mount tires and replace fork seals for two of my bikes and both times the service has been completed by the next day. Super easy to just drop in and pick up. They have gear, too. Not much in the way of women's gear (What's new, amiright?) but still.. some selection is better than none. Definitely would recommend. BE CAREFUL!! They advertise they'll beat any dealer's price. I gave them a price from another dealer, they beat it, so I paid for the bike. They called me back the next day and said the deal was off and refused to deliver the bike. They had even told Suzuki they were selling the bike to me because I got a letter from Suzuki thanking me for my purchase. They refunded my money, but what a huge waste of time. The entire case file is being forwarded to Suzuki. read more
