I even inquired about a model of a cbr the little toy model ones and the workers were SO SO willing to look up, show me the options, and decide if I want to order one (browsing the colours), they also didn't act weird when I passed on the other cbr models cuz the one was i wanted was all black like my bike . Ended up finding a great pair of riding boots that were practical for a rider (vs a passenger) and cute to boot! They didn't have my size but were happy to order them for me. Got a call about two weeks later and went to pick them up. They didn't charge me when they ordered them because they wanted to make sure they'd work for me before they took my $. I like that policy! Funny how a good pair of boots makes the riding experience. Not my first time on a bike but first time owning one and TBH, I was intimidated (hadn't ridden in a very long time and even then I hadn't ridden much, mostly been a passenger). But wearing those boots with a good sole that gripped made a huge difference. Was it all in my head? Probably not, but I'll take all the help I can get. They have an embroidery machine on site and we're making patches when I went to pick up the boots. Very cool store. Helpful employees. Great selection of riding gear for a relatively small store. Thrilled it's local and so convenient. (Now for the DMV to get me my bloody title and plates so I can get to check out my new ride for real. Because of pandemic been waiting 4 weeks and it could be longer. But that doesn't make any sense because DMV counter services are limited to appointments. Has DMV reduced staff by 75-80% to have increased turnaround time from one week to four or five? See what I mean?)

One of their employees told me that all their money is made on internet sales and if that's true I guess that's why the in store customers don't matter anymore. You can see the change in how their attitude in customer service is changing. Two years ago I did a review saying that after 51 years I can say Agees had always been good to me. I had no where else to write what occurred today and this needs to be shared!! I am so very angry right now. Ordered a part (alternator) for our only vehicle from their site at 12:00 noon on 1/3/22 for next day delivery. Mind you, the item is housed per their website less than 15 miles away from us (in Mechanicsville). I placed a call to the customer service dept and was told the "hub" closed at 5pm yesterday due to weather. Was told the item now wouldn't be delivered until 1/5. I stated this is unacceptable. I ordered at 12 noon. If fed ex picks up at 9 pm central time, why wasn't the item put out by auto zone so it could be taken by fed ex for next day delivery as promised?? What'd I get?? Apologies. That's it. Well my son has COVID, high fever and this is our only vehicle. No way to get to the grocery store and I wouldn't want anyone to take me as I've been in the house with him. I depended on getting that item AS PROMISED. I even said it's less than 15 miles from me. Suggested perhaps they could deliver it to me as it's fairly close. You'd have thought I suggested they give me a million dollars. Smart ass supervisor. Advance, NAPA, or O'Reilly's will get my business from now on. I don't care if it's more expensive.
