With the ac unit, they never remounted the control arm, or reconnected the skirt, with the breaks, they only replaced one side of the pads, and in the process of all that someone scribed a swastika on our engine cover. Let me start by saying I used to sell cars; but, this is the first time I've ever purchased a car…read morefrom a dealership that I didn't work at. I've also done a European Delivery before. Therefore, I had high expectations for this car-buying experience. I would say that this is a dealership that is untraditional. They do in-house financing for consumers who have less-than-perfect credit. They don't waste any time here. You don't really shop for a car FIRST. You go in, sit down, and fill out all of the credit paperwork before you look at the selection of cars that you can afford. I really liked that. My credit was damaged due to the strain of a divorce. I actually tried to get a car loan 2 months prior to this experience and got denied. This time, I brought in a co-signer and was assured that they could help. Once we were told the paperwork that we would need to be considered, we went home and got it, then came back that same day and they delivered. I appreciated that very much because they treated us with dignity and respect. Our salesman Demetrius and our finance manager Mr. Baez were laid back and really wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Once we were given our budget, we selected the best car available that suited our needs. There was a slight mix-up over one particular car that, first, was in our budget, then wasn't, then was again after we committed to putting down $500. We got the car we wanted but this was the only slight hiccup that we experienced. All-in-all we were treated nicely by the staff, the car is perfect for us and I would recommend to anyone with less than perfect credit and a decent income to check them out. Go see Demetrius.

I highly recommend this mobile mechanic! What was expected to be about a 2-hour alternator…read morereplacement on my 2007 Lexus IS250 turned into a much more difficult job. The alternator was extremely stubborn to remove, and this repair ended up taking closer to 4 hours. What impressed me most was his persistence. He kept working through the difficulty rather than rushing the job or giving up. By the time he finished, it was well into the dark, and he was still there making sure the repair was completed properly. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with the parts I provided and was transparent about the work being performed. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he stayed focused on getting the vehicle repaired. That kind of dedication is hard to find. When a repair doesn't go exactly as planned, you want someone who is willing to put in the extra time and effort to get the job done right. My Lexus is back on the road, and I am very grateful for the work he put in. Five stars well deserved! If you need a mobile mechanic who is willing to stick with a difficult repair and see it through, I would definitely recommend giving him a call.
