Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!

Jason the owner was gracious enough to spend a good amount of time with me explaining to me how these warranty companies work and what to look for and what to ask and he gave me a few recommendations. You know it's really nice of him to take the time out of his day to give me all these tips and I'm not even a customer. Just goes to show that this place is really a genuine place to go because they don't have your business and they're treating me this good. he also mentioned whenever you get a used car always come in and get an overall check which is $89. This way you get an out side true review of the car you are buying not just what the dealer is telling you. I never thought about doing that but I can see where the value would be totally with it. I've been coming here for six years. Had told them my car started but barely it took a while to…read morestart (relatively new car) said everything's fine and dandy... it wasn't fine my battery was shot and needed a new one. Also got a state inspection which the technician actually ripped a piece of my CERAMIC tint off. I didn't give permission to do so, nor the ability to render it useless. They also use to clean your car and give you a wet wipe, in 2025 they just lie up charge and do the bare minimum. I will not be back. I can understand asking for permission or telling you at the shop but nobody said anything to me but my cars waiting outside with the rejected sticker. The manager even didn't care to find the original receipt I had to tell him twice the invoice number just to see my visit. He said the last time I came was 2024. This is crazy...
