doesn't look done to me

Service is horrible. A squirrel ate it's way into my Jeep and ate a bunch of wires. 3 weeks and $2400 later I went to pick it up. There were still wires hanging down that had not been reconnected and now the tail light fuse keeps blowing. I am told it will be 2 weeks before I can drop it off again to get it "re-fixed"

Brandon helped me with exactly what I wanted when shopping for a car, straight to the point with no extra fluff just as I asked!

I bought the service package and I'm doubtful that anything was done. And when it came to certain things that needed to be done outside my service package, the price was enough to make you think it's time to just get rid of the car. I just can't seem to trust these people. My experience: I had an intermittent issue, I brought the car in and they said it was fine. It happened again a day after I got my car back. The next available appointment was several weeks later. I book my appointment and several weeks later I bring my car back. This time the car is acting up up to the point I drop off my car. The service advisor checks it out while I'm checking it in and says it's working. I could tell he thinks it's user error but he said he would "pull the codes." (Strange that he didn't mention he pulled codes the first time) He calls me 30mins later and said they found nothing. I get the car back and it's still acting up. I ended up going to the VW dealership on the other side of town. Come to find out, they are busy but they have many appointments available and I was able to get one within 3 days. Once again, the car is working fine when I get to the dealership. The service advisor said that it's ok, they would pull the codes. I get a call 30 mins later and the service advisor tells me they found a problem! I feel like the only thing west broad VW overlooked was that the issue was not user error.

I asked each dealer to provide written quotes so I could compare everything clearly and consistently. I detailed the exact specs/trim I was looking for. Prior to sending that message, about a week previously I did visit this dealership in person and completed a test drive. They were friendly during this visit, and I liked that they left me take the vehicle out by myself with no time constraints. Following that visit, I received multiple follow-ups, every day, over the next week across texts, phone calls, and emails (all on the same day). While I understand the importance of follow-up, the frequency felt excessive--especially since I had not responded or engaged further. When it came time to give me quotes, communication didn't align with my request to handle things in writing. Instead of receiving a clear written quote early on, I was asked to discuss details over the phone. I had specifically asked to keep communication via email to stay organized. The initial quote I did receive was for a vehicle with over 7,000 miles, which I later confirmed was a manager-driven/demo vehicle. The mileage was not disclosed from the outset, and the pricing was not competitive compared to other dealers offering actual new vehicles. After that, there were attempts to reconnect and reset the conversation, but I never received a clean, written quote on a new vehicle that matched my requested configuration. Just a request for me to call them on the phone and talk. I already had six quotes in hand from other dealers on vehicles with 0 to 15 miles, with all but one of them cheaper than what they quoted for a car with 7,000+ miles on it. In the end, I chose to move forward with another dealer who gave a great quote the first time in writing, included an accessory package as well, and made it a simple and straightforward process. I trust these folks are nice people based on my initial interactions, but folks are usually nice when they are trying to attract a sale. I appreciate the effort to follow up, but overall the experience didn't align with what I was looking for in the buying process or respectful of the information I provided to all dealers to give a level playing field (give me your best quote upfront then I'm making a decision the next day).

We will continue to strive in making your car buying experience a relaxed, fun, and stress-free process." Count us among Gary's new-found friends and endorsers. In our case, we had an unusual set of transportation needs. We were looking for a high-end RV to support our plans for cross-country roadtrips. Suffice it to say that our needs didn't match the typical run-of-the-mill item in Gary's inventory. But, leave it to Gary to find what we were looking for... A beautiful, previously owned, low-mileage, pristine condition, Mercedes/Airstream RV! Who could have imagined?!? It has proven to be the ideal vehicle for us and we love it!. This is a great illustration of the lengths Gary will go to in order to make new friends and satisfied customers. We managed to conclude a transaction for the RV quickly and easily. Gary and the other members of his team were very helpful and wonderful to work with. Gary is very personable and plain-spoken in helping to find the right vehicle at the right price. We very quickly felt at ease with Gary and the sense that we were working with a trusted friend. Based on our experience with Gary, we're confident you'll have a similar experience. Though we live in the Washington, DC area, we plan to return to Gary's Community Auto the next time we need a car and I'm sure he'll find just the right thing for us once again. Happy car shopping!

The saleman Jonathan, c0uldn't have been nocer or more accommodating. We put in an order for a car, building it and customizing it. It would take about three months to get it. I put down a $1,000.00 deposit which is customary today when ordering a build to specifications car. Sadly when the time came to finally pick up my new car, personal circumstances forced me to leave time and attend to a family emergency. That family emergency morphed into a several weeks stay up North. Given the upheavel I requested to Jonathan that my car be released to the showroom floor. To my surprise Jonathan called a few weeks later and informed me that my $1,000 deposit would be returned to me. Normally that isn't done. I was deeply touched by Jonathan's concern about the family situation and I can never forget his kindness nor that of BMW for understanding my cancellation of the sale. Because of their kindness in a not so kind world anymore, BMW will always be my go to place. Bravo and kudos to a dealership and to Jonathan .They retain their code of ethics and a kindness not shown in many businesses anymore.

I had a terrific experience buying a used Toyota RAV4 at Grace Auto Sales this week. When I chose the less expensive model of the two cars I was considering, Soto never tried to convince me to buy the pricier model. He agreed that the one I chose seemed to be the right fit. Soto and all of his colleagues were pleasant and helpful. The atmosphere was laid back yet efficient. It's very important to me to support local businesses and a bonus when the business is family-owned. It's refreshing to be in the presence of folks who seem to enjoy their jobs and one another. I will update this review if anything goes wrong with the car. Otherwise, assume I'm a happy customer. NOTE: I suggested to the owner that he consider doing away with the scented candle that was burning in the front office. I made the point that while the candle smelled nice enough, many folks (myself included) are very sensitive to fragrances (as evidenced by the booming market of fragrance-free products). The owner received my feedback good-naturedly enough, but left the candle burning as he walked away. Meanwhile, I had to excuse myself, go out to the car and take an antihistamine, before I could return inside to complete the transaction because multiple chemical sensitivity is a real thing and those of us who have it spend extra time and money to avoid being overwhelmed by the off-gassing of scented products and services. I wonder how many folks complain about not having a scented candle burning when they shop for cars. ;-)

If you plan on buying a car from here, do your research, look over the car thoroughly, if possible take it to a trusted mechanic before you agree to purchase. If we could've avoided this we would have. I hope this helps someone.
