They are always so quick and easy to work with. I am a dealership kinda person but I kept hearing their ad and have them a try their prices are in line with what I normally pay and I keep coming back because the staff is so nice and helpful and trust me I have had to come here a lot since I always have a nail or something in my tire. 95 hates me but RNR can always fit me and and I never have a long wait maybe an hour at most for a full all four tire service. They have payment options as well but I'm pretty sure there is a good bit of interest you will have to pay but at least you know that's an option as well. read more

I had been running all over town, with a wheel that would not hold air for my 2011 Escalade. On Saturday 5/28/2022 I walked into the N. Chesterfield store and immediately was greeted warmly by Tommy. I explained my dilemma to him, and he made 2 excellent suggestions: being mindful of the budget i gave him to work with and also kept it mind that I wanted it done the same day and done Right. I went with the 2nd option- replaced all 4 wheels and 1 tire. Lied to my face! Told me there were shops in LA and after my tire failed after just 2 months, told me there are no shops in LA and the nearest one was in Reno which is hundreds of miles away. Terrible. Do not buy from them they will say anything to make a sale, including lying to your face. And their tires are cheap and break. read more

My husband visited the RNR tire in Midlothian VA on Midlothian turnpike on 2/10/22 around 12:00 pm. He browsed around the store for about 25-30 min without acknowledgement from the two sales reps working. They both were busy assisting one customer. After 30 min my husband took a seat near the counter where both sales reps were standing looking up items on the computer. Still no acknowledgement from the sale rep. We have purchased tires and rims for RNR for 2 of our vehicle and we were seeking to purchase tires and rims for our new Mercedes Benz. But I guess a person of color money is not good here. Everyone will have a different experience when it comes to customer service interaction. This was my experience with RNR Tire Midlothian store, on 9/19/2022. The service I was looking to have done was, 2" up to 2 1/2" leveling kit install on 2022 Ford Ranger XL front end. I was trying to get it done before Tuesday in time for an out of town trip. Had been searching all around starting the week prior and over the weekend, only to encounter wait times, higher prices and lack luster customer service. So over the weekend continued search and found RNR Tire sent out an email to them not expecting a response over since it was on the weekend but, to my surprise I got a quick ( not a bot } personal response acknowledging my request and Rick would reach out to me Monday ( 9/19/22 ) morning. Because of my early busy schedule I decided to contact them first. I talked with their sales rep. Tommy and told him what I wanted to try and have done and the time line. Unfortunately, he told me they did not have any leveling kits in stock but he would check other sources to try and find what I was looking for. A while later I was on the phone with him and he had found a kit and volunteered to travel to pick it up, not only that but said he could have it installed by 6pm. Which meant it would be ready for my trip today ( 9/20/22 ) also the price for the part and work being done was reasonable. Tommy, went outside the dots as well as above and beyond to help me out. Which says a lot about RNR Tire Express. For me the Treatment and Service was excellent. Also would like to give a shoutout to Rick with the red cap, he was my original point of contact and he handled the paperwork once I arrived to pick up my truck. He and the young lady at the counter were friendly, helpful and professional. My Pickup looked great, nice and level front to rear, awesome! I plan to upgrade my wheels next summer, guess where I'm headed to check for a deal? Did somebody say Tire Express. You forgot the RNR babe! Two things I need to share first...I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and I am a novice at buying custom wheels. So, I began my custom wheel purchasing journey in Richmond. I visited the wheel shops up and down Broad Street, and did some shopping online. I found RNR where Ian spent time explaining the differences in wheels and helped me determine what was the proper fit and best look for my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. Unlike some of the other local shops he did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions and he pointed out things I had not thought of. Once I made my choice he ordered the wheels and had them in and installed the next day. Awesome customer service from the moment I walked in the door! I sat in the waiting area while my wheels were being installed and had the opportunity to observe other RNR staff members interact with customers. Each person was professional, courteous and very helpful. In fact there were a couple older ladies in getting new tires and the staff was very helpful and patient with them. My wheels look great and while I had my existing tires mounted on them I do plan to go to RNR when it is time to buy new tires. read more

Stopped in today to look for some new rims for my Jeep. They had few selections and were extremely pushy and over priced. As soon as the man helping me felt like I wasn't going to buy anything he was forcing down my throats he became extremely rude and turned his back on me when I thanked him for his time. I made an appointment for 12pm last saturday. Instead of someone telling me they had one tech there, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours til they finished installing 4 tires on my car. Not to mention I needed an alignment and had to come back Monday for that. I am upset about the fact that they didnt let me know up front the situation and every time I checked to see how long it would take, it was " oh it's almost ready! another 10 minutes!"
