Honest diagnosis and pricing, which is not easy to find in this area of work…read more Had some superficial damage and at least a year later noticed there was some issue with the car window having some interior residue from the same door panel that was taken off for the paint job they had done earlier. When the dealership offered to diagnose the problem for $180 before even potential parts/labor were calculated, I called the manager here, described my issue, and he stated that they stand by their work and was willing to take the door down to have a look at no charge and assess the problem. Turns out it was a few loose screws and after a little tightening the window issue resolved and they did it within a few hours at no charge. Pretty much encompasses all you need to know about what sort of service and integrity you will find when you bring your vehicle under their care. Would recommend without any reservations.
