Peach Tea and Traditional Banh Mi
    Mary S.

First time coming to this place and I can say that I definitely plan to come back to try some more items! The customer service was simple but good. The lady at the cashier was kind as well as the one who served my food and drink. They both seemed happy to help. I decided to dry the Traditional Banh Mi and the Peach Tea. The Banh mi was surprisingly good even though the ham was a little intimidating at first. The peach tea was good as well but it was a little too strong-tasting for me. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and cutesy. The decor was simple yet elegant and cute.

It was our first time there and we ordered a banana cream latte and a wildflower latte which were both really good. I'm really curious about the Vietnamese coffee there too and definitely wanna try that next time. We also tried the beef pho and that was a huge portion so if you're going with another person honestly just order one to share because it's a lot. We also tried the Vietnamese crêpe and that was really tasty too. All in all it was a really cool little experience and we really liked the cute interior and chill atmosphere. We ended up sitting there for hours without being bothered by anybody which I always appreciate because some places make you feel rushed. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to try more things on the menu.

This place is cute & fresh. The food is tasty & I will definitely be back to sample the sweeter side of the menu. We ordered the steak pho (delicious broth- no need to add anything else), carmelized pork banh mi (perfectly balance is sweet & savory) , pork chop plate ( generous portions), Saigon street fries (a must get for anyone trying this place) Just amazing

Paid them another visit today... Bumped them up a star. They've done a lot to the place since my last stop. Love what they did with the tiles and decor, etc. They blocked off the kitchen now, so the wall is closed off (makes it look a tad smaller inside). They've also added a lot more to their menu-- food and drinks. Staff was a lot friendlier and helpful than the last time I was here... they also had a lot more people working the back, and I get why-- they had a very steady flow of traffic coming in and out. I can't remember if the number of tables they had in there was the same amount as last time but there was a good amount of tables to sit at and we got one right away after ordering considering how many people were already in there. My friend and I both got the Steak Pho. Good portion, good flavor. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but I wouldn't mind ordering it again. Definitely interested in a few other things on the menu as well so I'd do that first. As for drinks, we both tried an item off their new spring menu. I got the Tiramisu Latte, she got the Golden Garden Latte (matcha). The lady fingers soaked in my Tiramisu was really good this round... though I did like the drink, the flavor was good-- it was a lot sweeter/heavier than I'd like. My friend liked her drink but she said it just tasted like a regular matcha to her. I did take a sip and I could taste a hint of something different... probably the Chantilly cream? It was good, we just couldn't really taste any of the other flavors profiles mentioned in the drink menu ingredients. All in all, we enjoyed our visit today.

Cute spot inside conveniently next to a Barnes & noble and fairly quick service! My husband got the tiramisu coffee and I got taro milk tea, we also tried a banana matcha which was so yummy!

The spring rolls are excellent, I eat them at least twice a week. Sadly I have not taken any pictures of them but my favorite so far is the chicken with the spicy garden dip. I highly recommend.

This place is cute but the drinks are mid. I've ordered from them before on DoorDash and I swear the drinks tasted better than when I went in person so I'm confused. Maybe their drinks just aren't consistent. I got the matcha latte and my boyfriend got the bourbon vanilla latte and he said it just tasted like sweet milk.

The food was mid. Lacking in flavor, but the price tag was very steep. Their drinks were very good. It's very busy here and they are slow to give your order. I would just go to Okame or urban pearl for Matcha.

Great location, stays busy, lots of foot traffic. We waited 20 mins for 2 drinks: Saigon special and campfire latte. Latte was lukewarm. For waiting that long, my latte should have been hot. Every time I've come in, the place gets another facelift. The remodel is more functional yet the customer service was lacking. Nobody looked happy working for the holiday season. It seems the workers are doing everything instead of assigned to individual tasks of focusing on food/drinks and/or serving. Perhaps the lack of organization is what resulted in our poor quality drinks. They've got to work harder to keep the quality consistent. Don't mind the wait, but it's the quality I come for.

Finally got to stop in here and unfortunately it was just ok. Definitely more a drink spot cause most of the food was meh . Service was fine and the shop itself is cute but small. Things we tried -Steak pho $17- 4/5 this was one that surprised us , the broth was nice -Caramelized pork vermicelli bowl $14- 2.5/5 the meat was not good and would definitely not get again -trio of rolls $18 - I want to say the pork one was the best, beef wasn't bad , but no to the shrimp. The spicy garden sauce was not spicy and just throw off the flavor profile , it reminded of a creamy Mexican cilantro dressing. Chicks n fries $8- this was great for my little guy Drinks Cherry matcha $7- this was good and would get again Rosie poise $7 - loved this and on a hot day would definitely get again but maybe one twice a year cause they are expensive

I am eating 2 even without trying the foods because they were extremely busy. Today, I ordered some foods online scheduled an hour early because I was still at work...; eggrolls and baby baos for my husband, understanding that I am allergic to onions and green onions...so I called and asked about the Sài Gòn Crispy Crêpe (Bánh Xèo) dish to ensure there is no green onions, because on the description of the dish online DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL INGREDIENTS when ordering online, but I can see in the photo there is green onions...With an onion allergy even if in the "Note to Springly" "No green onions or onions the the banh xeo the crepe" the crepe still had green onions and onions...getting there on time, I had to wait a bit longer because they added the green onions...I didn't mind, they were busy too... well now I'm home, still hungry because it still has green onions... We should really take in consideration of allergies...AND INCLUDING ALL INGREDIENTS on the website, that would be greatly appreciated.

This place is so yummy! It never disappoints! They have everything from yummy drinks, to nice little sweet treats, and savory meals! The place is always decorated so cute for any occasion and their seasonal menus are always well thought out! The line can get long but their service is usually very quick and very friendly, always offering their staff recommendations. Most of the time, our orders usually come out in 10-15mins from ordering and are always nice and hot so you know it was made fresh! If you get drinks only, it can be a bit quicker but if they're busy, it might take a moment still! No matter how long it takes, it's always worth the wait for me!

Came here on a weekday around 2-4 pm~ and it was quite busy! Springly has a lot to choose from, I didn't try any of their food items, but some things look interesting. I tried the iced pistachio latte and my friend got the pandan matcha! The iced pistachio latte was pretty good! I enjoyed it a lot, flavor was present and it was really sweet but I didn't mind. My friend enjoyed her drink, although I personally think when mixed the flavor became light and could have been stronger. The price for the matcha is more expensive than other places. The coffee options are a bit cheaper! Inside of the store is super cute! Love the decor. Lots of seating, some outdoor as well. Overall, I enjoyed the vibes, but if you're looking for a place to study I think it could be a bit loud with all the traffic coming through. Good place to chat with friends and grab a sweet treat!! :)

But since we were dinning in I decided to try their Steak and Eggs with the bread. It was sooooooo good. The warm bread was crunchy on the outside and nice and soft in the inside. The eggs and meat came out on a sizzling try. There were two sunny side up eggs, thick cut of sweet/salty/tender marinated beef, small mushrooms, and pate on top. Paired with the bread this was a very comforting and delicious dish. The Nam Nuong rolls were good. Good portion of fillings and great crunchiness of the eggrolls wrappers and thick cut of the nam Nuong pork. I was only disappointed in the sauce. It was good but lacking depth of flavors. I think my expectation was it go be like the ones at Brodard's. And it wasn't. Located in the back corner, it can be a little hard to find parking if it gets busy but there is also the side parking lot. There was a wait list but we waited in line at the to go counter to ask to be seated. We were given our water and ordered. Once the food was dropped off we weren't checked up on again but this didn't bother us and you pay at the counter afterwards. The place had a lot of seatings with some seatings outside. There were tv playing Vietnamese food channels that was cool. I didn't get anything from their huge options of drinks and Che this time though. Looking forward to doing so next time. If you haven't tried this place, I would highly recommend their Vietnamese sandwiches with extra pate and butter.

Wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to my new work place and really enjoy it!…read more It's attached to the Tea Shop, which you have to walk through first to get to the restaurant. You'll then have to wait to be seated at the register. I think this set-up is kind of awkward but hey, at least they have cute sidewalk seating. There are plenty of tables and long benches to sit at and the restaurant itself feels clean and well-lit! The staff are super helpful also. Tried the House Special Beef Pho and it was pretty tasty! You do have the option to order your dish with regular thin noodles, flat noodles, or egg noodles. The broth is basil-y and the flavor has great depth. They have a self-serve station for condiments where you can grab some chili oil, jalapeños, bean sprouts, and lime. My favorite thing about this restaurant is that I don't feel too bloated after eating here (compared to other pho restaurants). Been enjoying this restaurant and eating here at least once a week!

My memory is shot. I don't want to be handing out 5 stars so easily but I think they deserve it. The restaurant is very clean, and I love the little Asian lanterns they have, all different, above each table. Plenty of seating. When we got there (a little after 5), there was only one other table occupied... by the time we left (6:30), every table was nearly taken. Our waitress, as well as the other on the floor, were both very welcoming and friendly. They handled the service remarkably as a team. The fact that they were a packed house and still were very attentive with us, checking how we're doing, checking on our water refills... these are the little things I appreciate most (and, of course, good food). I got the Pho with the Fatty Brisket, my friend got just the Steak Pho. They have a bar against the wall with all garnishes you may need to grab what you'd like. This is pretty smart... It saves them from waste. Instead of giving people items they may not use-- they would just grab what they'd like themselves. My friend grabbed her goodies, I prefer mine as is. To me, if your broth is good and doesn't require me to flavor it... I'll eat it just like that (unless I feel like adding spice). I've only ever been to a few other Pho places where I had to season up the broth myself...definite no no for them. All my friends who have gone out to eat Pho with me know I eat it just how I get it. Pho from my Mama is a different story though... I put the works (not because it's not flavorful) but, it's just different. Moving on... They also have a Teazona in their establishment. I've tried a few different drinks in the past but came to regularly deciding on the Tiramisu Milk Tea (no flan for me, light boba). Make sure to shake it well. You can also let them know your preference on the level of sweetness. We both got this tonight and it nearly tipped me over on the full scale. Couldn't finish it. Everything was really good though. Pho was the perfect choice for this weird, gloomy weather we've been having. The price is a bit up there but that seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. But-- for the portion, the quality, and the service? Worth it.

Ordered pork chop, hot tea and pho with marrow which I have already reviewed. Pork chop and sauce is a number two seller directly behind the pho. I did not have one care in the world and picked up my pork chop bone and chewed every single crispy morsel of caramelized goodness from that bone. The sauce that accompanies the pork, rice and egg was slightly sweet and was the perfect balance to dip rice and pork into! It was light and bright and enhanced the flavors not overpowering them. The egg. It is surprising how many places can't cook an egg where the yolks natural fatty goodness isn't overcooked. I busted the yolk and let it drip all over my rice mixing it in to give the perfect amount of salt and fat mixed with the swing pork and sauce! It was a perfectly delicate bite filled with different textures! I will definitely order this again! The hot tea is made with natural herbs in it and not a cheap paper tea bag like other places. I had plenty of leftover for the next day and the day after! The broth was delicious with deep rich flavors and the noodles were slightly al dente, which I loved. I couldn't help myself and active point picked up my bowl and just started sipping the broth. My wife ordered the same thing as I, minus the meatballs and she too, could not get over how much flavor the broth had, almost like they had been slow cooking this for the past three days straight. The spring rolls were 100% handmade and the filling inside was delicious. We did bring our kids with us and we're definitely nervous because they are very picky eaters. They do offer a kids menu, but there isn't much to it. It's basically rice broth and your choice of meat.
