We came in for the Neopets promotion and ordered the "Aisha" bubble tea. It was just the right amount of sweet, with fresh, soft boba with just the right amount of chewiness. The counter folk were friendly and when we asked to buy the promotional blind box we were informed that they were sold out but they let us buy the display item which really made my day! I'll for sure be back, even though it's a bit out of my way.

Their kaze matcha powder has some of the most interesting and nutty flavors I've ever had in a matcha latte. It knocks all the ones in LA out of the park for me. Small critique is using the small nugget ice--they just melt faster and water down the drink if you're a sipper. The guy at the counter was also helpful, and of course the interior is to die for. Both were served with their made-onsite orange blossom syrup, which went very well with the pancakes. Everything was wonderful, however the sujok beef patty was my favorite. A lot of places buy their coffee for their restaurants and you can buy it here in containers or even large bags. They have it laid out when you walk in and there's a fresh coffee smell! GREAT! Located downtown near Tioga Sequoia. Which is just a block away. I went online before I left and placed an order and it was ready within 40 minutes or so. I don't believe they grind them for you there as I did not ask so my beans were whole beans, but they also sell a fancy grinder a bag cups, another swag there. There's parking on the street with no meters with a two hour parking limit. It might be hard if you are in a wheelchair, but if you go around to a driveway, you can roll up in.
