The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. The inside looked pretty. They even had a self serve station where you can get ice cold water, straws, and sauces. We had to wait for a long time though because they were pretty busy. It was disappointing that they took the orders of the 5 people ahead of us, but when it came to our turn to order, they told us to wait. The wait wasn't short at all. When we finally ordered, we got drinks. I think $6 was a fair size for the size of the drink, but they snuck in an extra 50 cent charge which I didn't appreciate. Paid them another visit today... Bumped them up a star. They've done a lot to the place since my last stop. Love what they did with the tiles and decor, etc. They blocked off the kitchen now, so the wall is closed off (makes it look a tad smaller inside). They've also added a lot more to their menu-- food and drinks. Staff was a lot friendlier and helpful than the last time I was here... they also had a lot more people working the back, and I get why-- they had a very steady flow of traffic coming in and out. I can't remember if the number of tables they had in there was the same amount as last time but there was a good amount of tables to sit at and we got one right away after ordering considering how many people were already in there. My friend and I both got the Steak Pho. Good portion, good flavor. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but I wouldn't mind ordering it again. Definitely interested in a few other things on the menu as well so I'd do that first. As for drinks, we both tried an item off their new spring menu. I got the Tiramisu Latte, she got the Golden Garden Latte (matcha). The lady fingers soaked in my Tiramisu was really good this round... though I did like the drink, the flavor was good-- it was a lot sweeter/heavier than I'd like. My friend liked her drink but she said it just tasted like a regular matcha to her. I did take a sip and I could taste a hint of something different... probably the Chantilly cream? Came here on a weekday around 2-4 pm~ and it was quite busy! Springly has a lot to choose from, I didn't try any of their food items, but some things look interesting. I tried the iced pistachio latte and my friend got the pandan matcha! The iced pistachio latte was pretty good! I enjoyed it a lot, flavor was present and it was really sweet but I didn't mind. My friend enjoyed her drink, although I personally think when mixed the flavor became light and could have been stronger. The price for the matcha is more expensive than other places. The coffee options are a bit cheaper! Inside of the store is super cute! Love the decor. Lots of seating, some outdoor as well. The chantilly on top was the perfect texture - not too whipped but also had some thickness. The restaurant was also clean and cute. I was not a fan of their take on Vietnamese coffee (Signature Saigon) as it was WAY too sweet. I found myself having to wait for some of the ice to melt to dilute it and even asking for a splash of milk because I could not drink it. I did enjoy their blueberry matcha! I think their matcha has a great color and flavor profile. I observed how they made their matcha drinks over the counter and the quality seems really consistent which is important to me! I've been to Springly several times and am definitely a fan! The space is bright and modern with plenty of table and some booth seating. My interactions with the employees has always been pleasant and they are helpful with navigating the menu. The menu offers coffee, matcha and tea options to drink. On my latest visit I tried their seasonal Campfire Latte which was delicious without being too sweet. It came with a delicious torched marshmallow ring on top. I've also enjoyed their matcha in the past. To eat I got an Ultimate Breakfast Banh Mi. They don't skimp on their banh mi's! It has a generous amount of egg, cheese, bacon and turkey. And even the banh mi baguette itself is seasoned with some kind of garlic salt. It was so delicious! I definitely want to try more if their food. read more

Review Update: This time I ordered a Maple Einspanner Latte and popcorn chicken. The Maple Einspanner Latte was not as sweet as I expected. It was a good try however I probably would not order it again. This drink was $7 for a 16 oz cup. My friend also ordered the same drink and she loved it so it's definitely personal preference! The popcorn chicken was just okay. Nothing special or anything you couldn't make at home. The popcorn chicken does not look like the picture that is advertised on the menu.
