SO GOOD! Both the drinks and food are delicious. There was a steady stream of customers on a weekday afternoon at 3pm, that's how you know it's good. The coffee was strong and so flavorful and the boba was refreshing. (Note: if you don't like sweet coffee be sure to order plain!) Our favorite dish was the fries, great meat and sauce. The mango sticky rice dessert was 10/10, will always order when I come.
I love supporting local and I hate leaving bad reviews for them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But cleanliness is an absolute MUST.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I found a roach in my spring roll. And to make things shittier I had bit it in half. Luckily I noticed in time and spit it out. So gross.
Been back here a couple times now to get matcha and I think I will stick to their regular matcha lattes. The matcha spanner and banana cream matcha were too milky/lacked the matcha flavor I'm looking for. I wish they were more consistent. Though it's not my go-to for matcha, it's not a bad choice when I'm in the area. The place has been busy every time I go, so I recommend ordering for pickup in advance if you can. The service is always good, staff is friendly, and place looks well maintained.
The place was pretty packed when I went but their customer service was good & the wait time wasn't too long. I got their berry chantilly latte & shrimp spring roll. The latte was overly sweet in my opinion but maybe I just had to adjust the sweetness level. The spring roll was decent but I do think the peanut sauce was a bit on the saltier side. Overall this place is pretty good. The items I got were decently priced I paid around $20 for both items which I think is pretty reasonable.

We ordered the steak pho (delicious broth- no need to add anything else), carmelized pork banh mi (perfectly balance is sweet & savory) , pork chop plate ( generous portions), Saigon street fries (a must get for anyone trying this place) Just amazing
First time coming to this place and I can say that I definitely plan to come back to try some more items! The customer service was simple but good. The lady at the cashier was kind as well as the one who served my food and drink. They both seemed happy to help. I decided to dry the Traditional Banh Mi and the Peach Tea. The Banh mi was surprisingly good even though the ham was a little intimidating at first. The peach tea was good as well but it was a little too strong-tasting for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside of the restaurant was very clean and cutesy. The decor was simple yet elegant and cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
I ordered the cloud 9 and it was deeeeelicious! If you like a not too sweet, literal cloud of cream with a topping of toasted coconut, then this drink is for you. I loved that it wasn't at all too sweet and was a nice wake up drink to start my day!
Paid them another visit today... Bumped them up a star. They've done a lot to the place since my last stop. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love what they did with the tiles and decor, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They blocked off the kitchen now, so the wall is closed off (makes it look a tad smaller inside). They've also added a lot more to their menu-- food and drinks. Staff was a lot friendlier and helpful than the last time I was here... they also had a lot more people working the back, and I get why-- they had a very steady flow of traffic coming in and out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I can't remember if the number of tables they had in there was the same amount as last time but there was a good amount of tables to sit at and we got one right away after ordering considering how many people were already in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My friend and I both got the Steak Pho. Good portion, good flavor. I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had but I wouldn't mind ordering it again. Definitely interested in a few other things on the menu as well so I'd do that first. As for drinks, we both tried an item off their new spring menu. I got the Tiramisu Latte, she got the Golden Garden Latte (matcha). The lady fingers soaked in my Tiramisu was really good this round... though I did like the drink, the flavor was good-- it was a lot sweeter/heavier than I'd like. My friend liked her drink but she said it just tasted like a regular matcha to her. I did take a sip and I could taste a hint of something different... probably the Chantilly cream? It was good, we just couldn't really taste any of the other flavors profiles mentioned in the drink menu ingredients. All in all, we enjoyed our visit today.

The food was mid. Lacking in flavor, but the price tag was very steep. Their drinks were very good. It's very busy here and they are slow to give your order. I would just go to Okame or urban pearl for Matcha.

Finally got to stop in here and unfortunately it was just ok. Definitely more a drink spot cause most of the food was meh . Service was fine and the shop itself is cute but small. Things we tried -Steak pho $17- 4/5 this was one that surprised us , the broth was nice -Caramelized pork vermicelli bowl $14- 2.5/5 the meat was not good and would definitely not get again -trio of rolls $18 - I want to say the pork one was the best, beef wasn't bad , but no to the shrimp. The spicy garden sauce was not spicy and just throw off the flavor profile , it reminded of a creamy Mexican cilantro dressing. Chicks n fries $8- this was great for my little guy Drinks Cherry matcha $7- this was good and would get again Rosie poise $7 - loved this and on a hot day would definitely get again but maybe one twice a year cause they are expensive
Great location, stays busy, lots of foot traffic. We waited 20 mins for 2 drinks: Saigon special and campfire latte. Latte was lukewarm. For waiting that long, my latte should have been hot. Every time I've come in, the place gets another facelift. The remodel is more functional yet the customer service was lacking. Nobody looked happy working for the holiday season. It seems the workers are doing everything instead of assigned to individual tasks of focusing on food/drinks and/or serving. Perhaps the lack of organization is what resulted in our poor quality drinks. They've got to work harder to keep the quality consistent. Don't mind the wait, but it's the quality I come for.

I absolutely love this place. The flavors are incredible, the people are friendly, and this place is absolutely clean. I've had a number of things from this place and everything is delicious. I absolutely love their roasted Matcha green tea. It just has a richer more, earthy tone. Super good, especially less sweet. However, there is this incredible s'more Matcha latte. With espresso, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallow cream on top. I mean, quite honestly it doesn't get much better than this. Again, this place is totally worth stopping in and grabbing a quick drink. It's not a bad place to hang around, but frankly, it's more fun to grab what I want and then just walk around the area. read more
Came back again to explore more the menu. We got the Signature Saigon it was good. Deep, bitter, and rich coffee (we like) just wished it was a little more silky in terms of Vietnamese coffee. the Brûlée coffee was ok, I didn't really like the burnt sugar taste and it made my coffee taste bitter. We ordered the pork spring rolls AGAIN because yum..?! That hunk of meat is everything ! And I am soooooo happy we ordered the Saigon street fries!! Tangy, rich, umami flavors all in one. I enjoyed the fries itself, reminded me of Rally's seasoned fries. The green sauce on the fries really stood out to me. An Asian inspired blended chimchurri vinaigrette. There were pieces of meat that was a little gamy, but the sauce covered it up. I'll definitely be coming back to order this :) read more
Finally, i get to try this place. This place was all over on the internet so I have to try it for myself. Love their subtle, uplifting, and soft interrior design. But is this place over hyped or what? Is it just me? BANANA CREAM MATCHA - 16oz - $9 : The banana cream matcha taste good but with this price i expect something for high quality. They don't use real banana in here. They use a banana syrup that taste a little fake plasticky taste. This reminds me of South Eastern Asian Colorful syrup. They use a hard freeze dried banana chip for the topping. I cant taste the biscoff and the pudding flavor.The matcha quality is powdery. RATE : 3/5 MATCHA-SPÄNNER w/o cinnamon - 16oz - $8 : This drink is salty. It taste like salty egg knog. I can't taste the matcha at all. And yes, the matcha quality is not that great here. It's powdery. RATE : 2/5 ORIGINAL VIETNAMESE SANDWHICH - $9 : Oh my goodness. I can't believe this... I was speechless when i recieve my sandwhich. The original vietnamese sandwhich is so sad!!! It's sad! The traditional and actual orginal vietnamese usual come with different thin sliced cut of meats. But this one only comes with meat loaf. And it's not thin sliced, it's thick sliced. So, i guess they purposely made it thick because they don't have the other meat. They nicely assemble it and stack it to make it look big. The pate is not even pate. It taste like chicken thicken sauce with herbs like lemon grass. The taste was very light too. The mayo is also very light. The daikon and carrots are slightly seasoned. It's mainy carrots. The daikon is limited. They use a few strips of cucumber to cover up majority of the gap. This is the season for jalapeno so becareful with the jalapeno. The jalapeno was super hot. I didnt see any cilantro. There's only one strip of a steam chive. The bread was not flaky on the outside and soft in the inside. It was a hard crispy shell. The inside bread seems like a regular bread where the gaps are really close up. The vietnamese bread inside is webby and airy which makes the inside soft. The bread kind of reminds me of the mexican rolls (bolillo bread). The taste is about the exact too. The bread taste plain, slighlty salted and a bit dry. I wouldn't recommend their sandwhiches here. It's also very pricy for what you get. The overall taste is alright. It just taste like you're eating watery cucumber with slightly sweet carrots and daikons. I can't taste the meat loaf at all because of the watery veggies that they put in there. RATE : 2/5 POPCORN CHICKEN - $9.50 : Popcorn chicken was a disappointment too. They over cooked it. It was hard and dry like burnt chicken. The coating was not there. The seasoning was supper salty. No special flavoring like basil or anything. The texture and flavor was not there. The portion size is pretty big. The price is decent for the size. RATE : 1/5 SERVICE : Is ok. They don't seem to be happy. RATE : 3/5 OVERALL : I personally think that Springly is over hyped! There's nothing good here and over priced. Unless you want something very basic and generic. I felt like this place is aiming for Americans palate. My sister and I tried Springly today. The overall experience was okay, but a few things could be improved. I had the Matcha Spanner--the matcha itself was smooth and high quality, but the sweetened maple cream sea salt topping was overpowering and masked the matcha flavor. My sister got the Banana Cream Matcha, which unfortunately tasted more like a sweet red/green drink, with banana completely overshadowing the matcha. We also ordered the popcorn chicken, which lacked flavor and seasoning--not the best we've had. The traditional bánh mì was disappointing. It didn't have the typical flavor profile we expected. The daikon was bland, and it only came with Vietnamese ham--no other traditional meats like pork or pâté that usually make a bánh mì more flavorful. That said, the service was great, and we really loved the decor and atmosphere--spacious, cute, and well-designed. Would return to try other items, but hoping for more balanced flavors next time! read more

I was waiting for them to open but have never had the chance to stop in when they finally did. We were charging near by and I needed some coffee. This place is open pretty early, 9:00am. I like that I could get a banhmi and coffee that early. Sometimes I don't crave breakfast food. This visit I got three drinks. Signature Saigon: strong, strong, strong. I love it. Vietnamese coffee is the way to go. Sweet, creamy, and strong. (5/5) Mango lychee mojito: it was good, not my favorite. It was on the sweeter. It's carbonated. Next time I'd adjust the sweetness levels. Maybe to 50%. (3/5) Pure passion: it was good, I didn't realize there were seeds (I should've read the description better) I asked for 70% sweet and it was pretty good. (4/5) I'll definitely come back again to try the food, everything on the menu sounds delicious. read more
Good spot. The interior is super super cute and it's super clean with ample seating. Service is timely. Every time I've come here I've had a good experience. Whether it's their drinks or their food, I'm always satisfied. I've gotten their ultimate breakfast bahn mis and they're always yummy. I was craving a Vietnamese sandwich and a refreshing lavender drink so I decided to make this my lunch destination. The food tasted delicious so did the drinks. However, the food ordering process got a little mixed up and we ended up with too many drinks and they prematurely took our second order numbers away from the table, then assigned it to someone else's table and gave them our 2nd food order. The food was made promptly. I think staff should practice clarifying with customers if the order is correct by reviewing. A customer service refresher course. Leave the order number on the table until that food is brought to the table. It's typically pretty busy got this picture during some downtime and then it got packed. I would recommend stopping by for refreshing drink, a little snack or meal in between shopping. You can have something savory or something sweet. read more

A real cute place to go when you have a craving for Vietnamese food. The decor clean and modern, the menu selection was just right filled with flavored teas and all the usual Vietnamese food favorites. The chicken pho was piping hot and full of flavor. The beef vermicelli bowl with lettuce , fatty beef and its mild minty dressing was good. The shrimp spring roll I think was one of the best I've had. Each bite dipped in a peanut sauce had a mouthful of flavor and crunch. Springly is a trendy fastfoody place to have restaurant level Vietnamese food. Will definitely be back again!!! read more

What a beautiful little spot. My first time here, meeting with my book club. So many food options, I should have taken a picture of the menu ( next time). I wish I would have ordered something different because I played it safe and ordered something basic lol. The service was pretty quick and they bring the food to you. I will come again and order more food! read more

I came here specifically for the banana matcha ! I saw the many Vietnamese food options and will have to return. Such a cute little restaurant for lunch and great drinks. Customer service was literally so sweet like the drinks they serve ! Cute stop , the pastels really remind me of Easter. They can get busy so be prepared for a line! read more
Really cute atmosphere, decked out in pastel colors, botanical prints, and a cute vespa. To be honest, looks like a place that gets by on their looks and not their substance. Boy was I wrong! We ordered a bbq pork banh mi & lemonade. The lemonade was not too sweet (the ultimate Asian compliment). The banh mi was excellent. I love that the bread is on the softer side and also has a dusting of garlic butter. The pork was deliciously seasoned and tender. The prices are a little on the high side with banh mi and appetizers $10+ and drinks $5+. Based on the quality of the banh mi, I think the addition cost is worth it! read more
My coworker and I stopped here on the way back to work and it was pretty good last time I had it. I almost got the mango iced tea I got last time ($6) but I decided to switch to the banana cream matcha that was on their specials menu. There were no prices on this menu so I was thrown off when I paid $9.50 for this small drink. After stirring, it was good, but no drink is worth $9.50 in my opinion. Especially not this size. I hate when places don't have prices so learn from my mistake and ask beforehand or else you'll end up paying almost $10. read more
Springly is a very cute Vietnamese style cafe. The decor is adorable, and they even sell fresh flowers. My husband and I ordered a Vietnamese coffee, 2 banh min sandwiches, and egg rolls. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious. It was strong and it had the right amount of sweetened condensed milk. The food was a little lackluster for the price. The sandwiches were really small and tasted very Americanized. The chicken in the banh mi was shredded and pretty bland. The pho brisket banh mi had a little more flavor but was not worth $18. It might be best to stick to the pastries and coffee if you visit Springly. read more
Finally got a chance to try Springly! I stopped by in the afternoon and didn't want caffeine so I tried the Lovey drink which was a lavender lemonade. It was really refreshing and not overly sweet. I wish I would have asked for extra ice because the ice melted as soon as I was in the car. I saw their matcha drinks and they look so good so I will for sure be back to try soon! read more
This is a very cute little spot with a decent amount of seating. The service was friendly. I got the popcorn chicken and banana cream matcha. The picture of the popcorn chicken had basil in it but it came out plain with no basil which was a little disappointing because I like to eat the basil with it. The banana cream matcha was so good, I love anything banana flavor but I did have to ask them to sweeten it a little more than usual. I tried the strawberry fields and matcha-spanner off my friends and both were delicious. I cant wait to go back to try their other items. I work not to far from them so maybe I can stop by on my lunch some time. read more

This cafe is super cute! It has plenty of seating and wifi. It's a nice study spot but it can get pretty busy/loud. I got a berries/cream croissant that was delicious and warmed up, as well as a seasonal Guava Sweetheart drink! I will say the drinks are a little pricey but it was really good! My sister and I came on Lunar New Year where they handed out red envelopes if we purchased something :) overall, love the culture of this cafe!! read more

Great new spot located in Riverpark! There's a wide variety on the menu, lots of seating, and the interior is airy and bright. Staff is also SUPER super friendly and wait time wasn't that long. Here's what we got: Teriyaki Banh Mi (5/5): This banh mi was really good! I do think the portions are way smaller than what I had expected for the price, though. Brown Sugar (5/5): Hard to go wrong with brown sugar! If you have a sweet tooth this is definitely a safe option. read more
We just found our new favorite restaurant! Stephen and his crew did an awesome job when we visited here for the first time. We had the pork bowl which was flavorful, but the sauces were the highlight. Spicy garden was a creamy sauce of blended cilantro and jalapeños. It was a nice spice but not too hot for most people. I could put this on almost anything. The Vietnamese vinegarette was also very flavorful. We even dunked our baowzers in them. The baowzers were incredible, they were savory inside with just a touch of sweet on the deep fried outside. We will need to order these everything we come here. The place only four month young and is very new looking and clean. We will be back soon! read more

7/13/2024 (lunchtime) Ambiance: Lots of spring(ly) colors around and a cute environment. Perfect a lunch date. It was a little dark inside, but it didn't really matter since I sat outside (all the seating was taken indoors) Service: Great! I like to bring my personal cup for iced drinks and thankfully they accepted it but had to ask another worker if it was ok firs. You take your number after ordering and sit down. While I was waiting outside the barista brought my drink to me and said my drink looked extra cute in the jar (it always does lol). I waited under 5 minutes for my drink which was a plus, thankfully I wasn't in a rush for anything. Drink: I got the Berry Chantilly Latte! It was a great balance of coffee flavor and presentation. Critique: I come to most coffee places with my partner who does not drink caffeine. Unfortunately they do not offer decaf which was a bit disappointing. Will I return: Yes, and I look forward to it! I'll have to try the food and more drinks next time. read more

One of the best matcha spots you will have will be tucked in a shopping center, in a restaurant. Not only do they have delicious ban mi and huge spring rolls but they also have the most delicious and unique flavored matcha. I hate that it's 300 miles away from me but it's a definite stop for me when passing through Fresno. read more

Lovely place! The interior is very clean and aesthetically pleasing and the drinks are great. Some of my favorites are the banana matcha, banana latte, and Chantilly latte. These are definitely on the sweeter side though! The only downsides is how expensive drinks are and their very limited dairy free milk options. I spent almost $30 on three drinks. However, the quality is there which is why I continue to return! read more

I was excited to try this place. Excited for a new Vietnamese restaurant. Walking in, it was a little confusing. I didn't know where to go to order. While staying in line, people had to squeeze by to use the bathroom or to pick up their food. The layout was not well thought out. The lady at the front was nice. It was maybe two minutes before 11 and I ask if it was too late to order from their breakfast menu. She said yes it was too late, the guy behind her said no, it was fine that we may order from the breakfast menu. After ordering a pastry, two sandwiches, two coffees and a mango smoothie, she told us the wait will be about 30 minutes. I was a bit shock for the wait time. I wish she would have told us before we ordered or before we paid. There was only one group of 3 ladies in front of us. About 4 tables open in the dining area, so it wasn't packed... we ended up using our time by taking pictures and posing in front of the flowers and scooter which was cute. Once we got our food, I was again shocked to see how small the drinks were for that price, but they were good. Sandwiches weren't anything special. Definitely something I can make at home. My daughter's pate chaud didn't have a buttery flaky crust anymore. It was heated up so high that it is now soggy. I'm glad I tried but to know. But it's definitely not a place I would go back to. This is a cute place for food and coffee! It is clean and has a fun vibe in the decor. I tried the chicken pho. This was a huge portion! The broth needed salt and the chicken tasted unseasoned, but with the added toppings it was pretty good. My husband had the caramelized grilled pork banh mi and he said that the meat was very flavorful. The most impressive thing we tasted was the furikake fries. These fries were delicious when dipped in the spicy mayo! It tasted like a fried California roll! The Thai tea was delicious and is made with real black tea. Overall we had a good meal here and I hope to try more of their specialty drinks. Edit: I did see someone mention that the layout is weird, and they are correct. The menu is on the left wall, and there is a counter right by it, but that isn't where you order. You have to walk all the way around to right side of the restaurant by the bathrooms to order, and the staff are dodging around the line of customers to bring out the food. It seems like there could be a better setup that would allow for better flow. read more
Cute trendy spot. When I first arrived I was a bit confused on the layout of the place, as the ordering counter is in the corner and waiting area is pretty much standing anywhere where you're not in the way. Service was average nothing different from ordering anywhere else I only ordered their iced banana matcha latte which came out to $9.75. Now I thought this was overpriced as I've had some of the best matcha lattes in the bay which all were averaged around $7. It was very sweet and tasted like milk unfortunately the matcha flavor was very subtle and not whisked properly as there were clumps. This is great if you don't enjoy the taste of matcha and like it really sweet. Although I did not order food it looked really good and great prices. read more
Stop to grab lunch here around 1pm. Venue is kinda small and was busy. Tables that were empty had dishes on them and looked like they didn't have anyone busing tables. My order was a Caramelized Grilled Pork ( Thit Nuong) Banh Mi and an order of the chicken and strawberry spring rolls. The sandwich was very delicious and the pork was flavorful. The bread had a lot of flavor too definitely one of the top Banh sandwiches I have had. The spring rolls were definitely unique but the combination of the ingredients made it very delicious and I will definitely be getting those again. Even though I decided to eat lunch in my car due to the table situation I will be going back. Price wise it can get a bit expensive for a larger group. I spent a total of $22. The sandwich was $10 and the spring rolls were $11 and plus tax. My review was based of customer service and my order was lost so I did have to wait like 20 more mins. read more
First off, super duper cute shop. The decor is very pastel and giving off this retro modern vibe. Came here for lunch with my family and sister. We ordered a few items to try: I got the beef vermicelli noodle bowl. The beef was nicely seasoned and comes with all the toppings a traditional Vietnamese vermicelli noodle dish would have. This dish has quite a selection of sauce to pour over your bowl. There are 7 sauce to choose from and I got the House Crab. I did find it a little hard to mix the sauce and get everything underneath while doing so since the bowl is kinda small. I eventually closed the lid and tossed it like a salad. I also tried the fried bao which I have never seen a bao fried before. And it tastes just like my Vietnamese mother-in-law just not fried. Pretty good! It has a boil egg inside. The fries were bombastic. Soo fresh and crispy! The sauce to dip it in was really good too. My husband got the banh mi and enjoyed it. The popcorn chicken was just like any popcorn chicken, crispy and peppery! My sister's bf likes them a lot. My daughter also got a macaron which she gobbled down pretty quickly. I do think the price point for that is a little steep for a small macaron. The staff were friendly when I ordered and the establishment is nice and clean. They have restrooms for their customers. Small clean modern interior. Could be crammed on a busy day. First time here we followed the party a head of us at the counter to order. 3 tables with booths (seats about 4) and 4 tables with 2 seaters. The lady who took our order was kind and patient as we looked over the menu. She also answered our questions. Our order: Charbroiled Pork (Nem) with curry sauce 5/5 Good sized spring rolls, fresh ingredients and it was delicious. Comes with option of sauces we got the coconut curry it was different but good not as spicy and we thought it would be. Pure passion tea 5/5 So fresh and refreshing loved the taste of the jasmine green tea. Traditional Banh mi 4/5 Nothing special, it's small sized, simple but the bread was delicious and perfectly toasted Vermicelli with caramelized pork 2/5 This was meh... the caramelized pork was cold, dry and hard like jerky. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie but we're told they sold out so they let us choose another dessert and we got the banana choux (no extra charge). First time having a banana choux it's basically a cream puff. Tasted like banana it was decadent topped with a banana chip 5/5. The wait time for our food needs work. We received one item at a time within a 20min time frame. I finished my banh mi, our spring rolls and our dessert and was still waiting on my husband's vermicelli bowl. The staff who brought it out was apologetic. Overall we really enjoyed the tea and the spring rolls. Would return to try their pho brisket banh mi next time and coffee!! read more
This has been on my to-visit list since they opened! I love coffee and flowers. The food options also drew us in. It was busy on a Saturday morning but the food was fresh and the staff answered all the questions we had. It's in a shopping plaza which made it easy to stroll coffee in hand after our visit. This place gets 10/10 in concept and aesthetics. As far as food I would give it a 7/10. It wasn't bad, but also not something I would crave after. The chicken and sandwich were pretty dry and they do provide sauces on the side but maybe my expectations were too high. read more
