The interior inside is like walking into Spring. Bright, pastel colors everywhere and some cute selfie photo spots. Seating is limited so don't expect a table. The Baby blazer was ok, I wouldn't order again. It had a crispy outside but very sweet bun. (Not my fancy) Loved the spring rolls the shrimp was my favorite, then pork then beef. Matcha was amazing! It came with a cute little flower inside and was smooth and creamy. The only downside side of the establishment is the ordering system. The menu is only at the counter and in front of store. The order area and pick up are off to the right side by the bathrooms and is a very small spot. Where you would think the line would be, is where people are waiting. I would not order banh mi again from this place. Traditional Banh Mi - A very basic banh mi. The only meat in there was the Vietnamese meatloaf. If traditional banh mi means that the only meat is Vietnamese meatloaf then the traditional banh mi isn't for me. Part of the bread was soggy but I enjoyed the bread the most out of everything. Pork banh mi - A soggy, wet sandwich. The entire baguette was wet. The meat was good and it would have probably tasted better with rice because the sandwich was just too soggy. I did order to-go, so I did eat the sandwich about 20 minutes after ordering it but I've eaten day old banh mi before and those never got soggy. read more

Everything here has been yummy. The egg rolls are the perfect crunchy deliciousness I love. Their vermicelli bowl is light and refreshing. The chicken was cooked perfectly and all the veggies were fresh. My Valentine's drink I got over the weekend was perfect and pretty with a little conversation heart on top. My hubby said his passion fruit tea was fire. My son likes all their sweets he has tried. My only complaint is sometimes the drinks can take awhile to come out. Saw this place on social media, the cute decor got my attention! Then I came across the menu and knew I HAD to try it out! They are in their soft opening phase however the menu has a wide range of options to choose from. They offer dairy free substitutions for most of the drinks on their menu. Quite a few options for breakfast/lunch and of course bakery items which I will make sure to try next time! The service was great, despite them not being open for long the entire process went smoothly. The brew boy latte w/ tiramisu cold foam was delicious! Not too sweet with the perfect hints of chocolate and the little pastry on top added a fun element! I did also try the turkey banh mi which was yummy! This was a sad shrimp spring roll. It was loosely rolled & fell apart as I ate it. One wrapper was so wet it actually fell apart on its own. Then let's get to the fact that it was just a chopped salad mix with shrimp. No cilantro, rice noodles, nothing. It wasn't apparent that you had to pay extra for any sauce. We didn't realize that until we got home. Unfortunately there was nothing but sad rolls with no flavor that needed help. Thankfully I have enough condiments I was able to make some peanut sauce. Overall these were not very good. Since my husband ordered them I cannot say if they asked about sauce & he didn't understand. The 2 stars are for the benefit of the doubt. Finally tried the famous springy coffee in Fresno!! Tried one of their seasonal items, carrot cake latte, and it was super tasty. If you love carrot cake then this is the perfect drink for you. It is sweet but it's not overpowering. I love how they added actual carrots and walnuts which make it even better. It was our first time and I'd heard their coffee is good. We were in the area and decided to try it. I ordered a regular latte and inquired about the milk they use. Service was friendly and tables were clean. We tried the egg rolls , Pho, kids chicken nuggets and fries, and Pork Ban Mi. Everyone was happy with their meals. Smoothy and Matcha Spanner drink size 14 oz was a little small for paying $8. But it did taste really good. We will be back to try more of the menu. read more

I love this location its conveniently located in River Park near Barnes and Noble and Home Goods. I popped in on a Monday afternoon with friends and the store was moderately busy. The store itself was cute, but we just had to ask an employee to help us wipe down a couple tables for us to use. I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl with spicy garlic sauce and a mango tea. The sauce had the perfect amount of spice without being overwhelming. The chicken had good flavor as well. However, the egg roll I received was not hot or crispy. Two of my friends had ordered the furikake fries and there was a noticeable difference in the lack of seasoning among one of the orders. The menu itself is pretty extensive and is a good intro of Vietnamese cuisine and flavors and incorporating traditional American flavors for those who like to stick to their norm. The food and drinks were all great. However, it is at a higher price point that you would see at other cafes or Vietnamese restaurants. I'll be back to try more off of their menu! read more

The first time I went, I got the Chantilly Matcha, 10/10. I deemed it the best matcha in Fresno because of that!!! I went today, and although very pretty, the matcha was actually so gross I could barely finish it. I had already got home before trying it, but was really disappointed. I know matcha is quite bitter, but at a place like this, you pay for the flavor and the novelty drink, and although it looked beautiful, it was just off. I saw on Instagram that they sell flower bouquets as well, but when I came (Dec 2024) they didn't have any. I ordered the Cloud 9 (latte with coconut foam and coconut flakes) and it tasted great! The coffee was strong, but the aftertaste heavily reminded me of condensed milk. I personally love condensed milk so that worked out in my favor. Most latte's were around $7-9. The cashier was nice & patient with the questions I had on making a custom drink. She also told me they would remake if I didn't like the sweetness level. I came here because I saw pic of the cloud nine iced coffee and it looked so cute I had to come in and try. I've been on the hunt for egg foam coffee here but have not been able to find it. The cloud nine iced coffee is an espresso based drink, with coconut cold foam, coconut flakes, and condensed milk. I also ordered a signature saigon which is basically a ca phe sua da. The interior of this cafe is super cute!! This would be a great place to get coffee / brunch/ yap with friends. The cloud nine drink is soo good!! It was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet, and the coconut cold foam and flakes were great. I wish it came in a larger size, because a 12 oz cup is pretty small. Been craving matcha! So I gave this place a try and I was not disappointed. They have so many different flavors that sound so delicious. Definitely have to go back to try all of them and also try their spring rolls. I orders the strawberry shortcake matcha which I asked to be a little more sweeter than normal 10/10, the banana matcha was also tasty but ended up adding a tad bit more sweeter and I wish it gave more banana flavoring. Lastly the Matcha with maple syrup and cinnamon? Forgot what that one was called but super delicious. We also got their popcorn chicken but didn't look anything like the picture. Usually when we get popcorn chicken there would be fries basil and garlic pieces with it. The spicy seasoning wasn't coating every piece of the chicken just a sprinkle on one side of the box. The chicken came with a side of sweet and sour, I mean it didn't taste bad but I definitely had better popcorn chicken elsewhere. The pho broth is delicious and tasty. Though the restaurant is a little gimmicky because they do a whole bunch of things (boba/coffee shop that also does Vietnamese food), they do the food well. I would only recommend that the restaurant should: (1) put more bean sprouts and basil leaves, (2) get more seating, and (3) get a couple high chairs.
