Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. I ordered an asada taco and a tripas taco. The asada taco was okay, but it needed more seasoning for my liking. I also noticed that both tacos came with cabbage, which I personally don't prefer on tacos. I'm more accustomed to traditional tacos with cilantro and onion. Overall, I would rate the asada taco a 6/10. The tripas taco was definitely the highlight! The tripas were nice and crispy, which is my favorite way to eat them. They tasted fresh and were clearly made to order. Sometimes, tripas can have an unpleasant taste when they aren't fresh, but that wasn't the case here. I would rate the tripas taco an 8/10 and would definitely order it again. However, I probably wouldn't order the asada taco again. Unfortunately, the green salsa was a major disappointment. The flavor seemed off, and it tasted as though it may have been old or spoiled. I couldn't finish it and had to throw it away. I would recommend paying closer attention to the freshness and quality of the salsa. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The bruschetta is one of my favorites; it's light and fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted while still soft inside. We also love the RCBA, Spicy Carbonara, Roma Rigatoni, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love their sauce. It's not sweet like some other Italian places. Their salads are always fresh and delicious, and my picky eater son loves their spaghetti. The food is consistently delicious, the ingredients taste fresh, and it's become one of our favorite neighborhood Italian restaurants.
