The pizza was really goood gave the Anesso vibe . We got the hot honey burrata it was so good although i think it would be even more delicious if they would use less fresh mozzarella. But other than that it was so good . A fun date nite

The spetza was interesting, good but very bold (might've been the gargonzola) Service: expect to wait since it is freshly made! Right away, we were gonna finish one pizza (1/2 of one for me and 1/2 of the other for my hubby) and take the rest to go but the guy suggested we just take them in boxes. We were thinking of eating there but there were a bunch of flies so we decided to eat in our car. Got our pizzas to go because we knew we couldn't finish two pizzas in one sitting but weren't even offered napkins when handed our pizzas. Guy who was taking orders and giving orders seemed too busy to be bothered, I guess. Also their fridge wasn't working when we went so we had to buy sodas at a different food truck, nbd. Ambiance: setup on the outside of the food truck is cool. But it is on a dirt lot so if there are a lot of people walking around or it's windy, expect dust to kick up. They have cute music playing.

Thank you El Taco Azteca for a GREAT lunch! Highly recommended!!

I stopped by this taco truck while I was in the area and needed something quick to eat. One thing I…read moreappreciated was that everything was made to order, so the food was fresh off the grill. I ordered an asada taco and a tripas taco. The asada taco was okay, but it needed more seasoning for my liking. I also noticed that both tacos came with cabbage, which I personally don't prefer on tacos. I'm more accustomed to traditional tacos with cilantro and onion. Overall, I would rate the asada taco a 6/10. The tripas taco was definitely the highlight! The tripas were nice and crispy, which is my favorite way to eat them. They tasted fresh and were clearly made to order. Sometimes, tripas can have an unpleasant taste when they aren't fresh, but that wasn't the case here. I would rate the tripas taco an 8/10 and would definitely order it again. However, I probably wouldn't order the asada taco again. Unfortunately, the green salsa was a major disappointment. The flavor seemed off, and it tasted as though it may have been old or spoiled. I couldn't finish it and had to throw it away. I would recommend paying closer attention to the freshness and quality of the salsa. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The outdoor setup was nice, but adding some shade would make the experience much more comfortable, especially with how hot it gets in Fresno. Overall, the tripas taco was worth trying, and I appreciated the friendly service and made-to-order food. I'd come back for the tripas, but I'd skip the asada and hope for a better experience with the salsa next time.
