The tortillas tasted fresh, the meat was super flavorful and juicy, and the salsa had the perfect amount of spice without overpowering the tacos. My favorite was definitely the al pastor--it had that perfect balance of savory with a little sweetness. The portions were really good for the price, and everything came out hot and fresh. The only thing I'd change is maybe adding a little more onion and cilantro, but that's just personal preference. read more

Went there for fish tacos and they were out of fish - ordered the shrimp taco ($4.00)and it had 3 big shrimp! I ordered 2 more but only got 2 shrimp each and a double amount of vegetables. The sauce is very hot may want to ask for it on the side! Next time I will ask for 3 shrimp per taco! read more

This is a taco truck located in the same parking lot as the Gulf gas station and Boba Addict. I've seen them all the time, but finally decided to head over and check them out. The guy who helped me was very nice, and the chef also seemed sweet. It wasn't busy since I went on a Tuesday night, but I appreciate their kindness and also speed of service. I got my tacos quickly, and they made sure to wrap it up neatly, put plenty of napkins, and point me to the sauces. The tacos themselves were good, pretty standard tacos. I am a sucker for the green sauce they put on top though, so I give them extra points for that nice touch. Since it's a taco truck, I don't think ambiance is necessarily the selling point. You go for that late night vibe, and that's what was there. I appreciate these small taco trucks for being the best stops for affordable, late-night food. read more

Give this taco truck some love. Good flavors and the price wasn't too bad. We felt like tacos this evening and being home is not too far away, this was located perfectly. I ordered the tacos with chicken, asada, and fish. The place also came with rice and beans. Our daughter ordered a burrito too. The asada was flavored just right. The chicken though very flavorful was slightly dry because breast meat was used. The fish was grill and so flavorful. The fish was our favorite. It wasn't breaded at all and I believe it was tilapia. The burrito was supposed to be a regular size burrito and as you can see in the pic it's huge!! But it too was desirable and full of flavor. All prices seem to be on point and a lot of food was given. I would recommend to others but we will be back for the fish tacos and burritos. Got the quesabirria with the jalapeño and onion on the side. Totally worth every cent it was so good. Best quesabirria I've had in Fresno so far and i definitely will be coming back. Came right before 11pm on a Saturday night in the complex w Rare Earth Coffee and Boba Addict. Parked by the gas station. There was a table outside w chairs and paper towels for a quick bite. FOOD: They weren't able to make the asada fries so we opted for asada nachos instead. Nothing spectacular. We also got the ceviche tostada. BEWARE IT WAS WARM!!! Ended up giving me and my bf diarrhea that night/next morning. Is the ceviche not stored properly? Had to throw it away. Not coming back Also online it said they closed at midnight, but after we got our food they said they were closing. So not sure if the hours aren't updated or if they just wanted to go early which I can't blame them. Definitely don't recommend the ceviche. Hopefully they fix how they store the seafood read more

First time here, we ordered regular carne asada burrito $9.99, taco plate ( 2 asada, 1 chicken) $12.99 and 1 fish taco $3.79. The taco plate came with rice and beans, although the beans were not refried, they were creamy and well seasoned. The rice was cooked through, although I prefer a bit more seasoning/salt for my liking. The meat was well seasoned and had crisp edges. But, the fish taco was a flavor bomb! It appeared to be grilled, so no heavy breading which I prefer. Dressed with pico del gallo, avocado, shredded cabbage and like a spicy mayo drizzle. The burrito weighed over 1lb and was very good. I will never go back to this place again!! I ordered 2 regular burritos and 1 super burrito and when I got home the regular burritos did not have anything but rice and a few pieces of meat, the super burrito also had very little meat and no guacamole or sour cream as described. We were so upset. Instead of them advising us that they were running low on meat or out of meat they sent us home with a bunch of rice. When we realized what we received we called to try and ask them to make it right and they forwarded the calls and eventually turned off the business phone. If I could I'd give them zero stars. This was my first time trying this little taco truck. I got a an asada taco and a shrimp taco. The asada taco was good. There were no pieces of fat and there was a lot of meat. The mix of red and green salsa was great. The shrimp taco was one of the best I've ever had. The chipotle sauce on it was delicious. It was a good size. The shrimp was hot and plump. Finally tried this little taco truck on Willow and Nees; it did not disappoint! I got two tripas tacos, one chorizo taco, and one lengua taco with all the toppings (cabbage, onion, cilantro, and a couple different salsas). The tripas was really flavorful and although they asked if I wanted them soft or crispy, I left it up to them! They came out somewhere in between and they were delicious. The texture was really good and had just a little bit of chew. The tortillas are yellow corn tortillas and a little smaller than some others I've tried, which I prefer (means more and different types of tacos!) They had a bit of a chew which I love, and they did not fall apart. The lengua was yummy and cooked really well. They were super soft and the flavor was good, but could have used a little more salt or even some more salsa on the taco. That's just a personal preference, but I will definitely order again! Chorizo was delicious. I feel like chorizo tacos aren't as popular, but I always try them if they're available. It was well seasoned and not super spicy. The salsas on the tacos were good, but I think I could have actually used more! Again, that's a personal preference. But there was just the perfect little kick of spice to jazz up my tacos. The two brothers that helped us were super nice and I am so happy to support them. They were informative about the food and all the recipes are their own! BEST fish tacos in town! I am not usually a food truck type of person. I am picky about my fish or shrimp tacos and I am usually disappointed...but not this time. My daughter and my grandkids, stopped here to satisfy our craving for a fish taco and this place did not disappoint. There were lots of us and we threw orders at him left and right, but every plate came exactly as we asked. Salsa-good and spicy, fish and/or shrimp well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, not fishy.
