You guys are missing out if you haven't tried their birria tacos yet!…read more I came twice in one week because I couldn't help but to give in to my cravings. Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. But they are in the same area. Right across from Saizon and Ampersand. Also! They only open Friday-Sunday! So, schedule and come accordingly!! (This is a taco truck! So it is outside!)

Ugh what a disappointment. We got the 3 taco plate and steak quesadilla. The tacos were lacking so…read moremuch flavor. The steak tasted like old ground up bits of jerky out of the gas station bag. The rice and beans were actually the best part... next the quesadilla was massive and really cheesy BUT again with the meat, it ruined it. Out of so many food trucks, this one isn't it..

The spetza was interesting, good but very bold (might've been the gargonzola) Service: expect to wait since it is freshly made! Right away, we were gonna finish one pizza (1/2 of one for me and 1/2 of the other for my hubby) and take the rest to go but the guy suggested we just take them in boxes. We were thinking of eating there but there were a bunch of flies so we decided to eat in our car. Got our pizzas to go because we knew we couldn't finish two pizzas in one sitting but weren't even offered napkins when handed our pizzas. Guy who was taking orders and giving orders seemed too busy to be bothered, I guess. Also their fridge wasn't working when we went so we had to buy sodas at a different food truck, nbd. Ambiance: setup on the outside of the food truck is cool. But it is on a dirt lot so if there are a lot of people walking around or it's windy, expect dust to kick up. They have cute music playing.

I built my own strawberry one with ice cream and my boyfriend got the coconut one, both were delicious! The building is also very cute and clean.

When we ate our shaved ice on the absorbent white table, the shaved ice was staining the table and so the smell of the cleaning agent made sense. The shaved ice was just fine. We had 3 flavors - pineapple, mango and cherry. The only flavor that tasted like it should was the cherry. The pineapple and mango flavors were just ok but they didn't taste like they were supposed to. We also had the ice cream and it was also just okay. The ice was a little rough and not as soft as I would have thought from the pictures and reviews. Overall, maybe we would try different flavors next time.

It was a Tuesday at 6pm-- there was no line. The menu is posted on the food truck, and also there was a QR code you can scan if you wish to see their menu on your phone. The food was prepared quick. We ordered 3 Al Pastor Tacos and 3 Carne Asada tacos. Wow! Meat was loaded in the tacos, the onions were really sweet, and there was cilantro galore! Be prepared for the heat! (I have a low spice tolerance) I only added the salsa verde on my tacos and I thought it was hot; however my fiancée liked the flavor of both the salsa verde and the salsa rojo. Successful taco Tuesday! I will be a returning customer!

There are plenty of seats if you want to dine in, but we usually order takeout. The bruschetta is one of my favorites; it's light and fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted while still soft inside. We also love the RCBA, Spicy Carbonara, Roma Rigatoni, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I love their sauce. It's not sweet like some other Italian places. Their salads are always fresh and delicious, and my picky eater son loves their spaghetti. Staff were really sweet and had us sample their chicken and it was very juicy and flavorful so maybe try that instead. Compared to other options, I didn't find it to be anything extraordinary.
