Waited in line for almost 30 minutes and it took another 10 for my order to be ready. There were only two people working the truck during a busy event, I'm assuming one of them was the owner. I felt like this was a crazy wait for a food truck. That being said, the food was delicious. I wanted to be upset but the burger was so good! Even though the two working were swamped with a long line of people they had a great attitude and delivered excellent customer service. This was my first time ordering from the Fat Jacks food truck. I was pretty irritated about waiting so long in the sun but their service and food definitely earned them a good review. Just hope next time the wait isn't as long!

Used to love this place. Just went to the truck. First I noticed the mostly used hand sanitizer bottle in the bucket of ketchup packs. Gross... but for some reason still ordered. 40 something dollars for a 2 meals and a shake. I pull into my driveway and notice the shake straw is filthy. Then the sauce is on the wrong burger. One burger under cooked and the other burned black.

My boyfriend and I split the large chicken Teppanyaki bowl which was so good especially with the spicy Mayo on the side! We wanted to try the potstickers but they were sold out. We also didn't go until almost the end of the night though so next time we're definitely trying the potstickers for an appetizer if available. The staff working the truck were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely visit this food truck again :)

Where to even begin. I know very well it never matters who the cook is. If there is a talent, the…read morefood will shine, period. In the case of Ring Your Bell, the smell coming off the food truck of old fry oil should have been my first warning. Since I did not heed the first warning, the second warning should have been the lazy man sitting at the back of the truck playing with his phone, which I overlooked. The next warning was at the window where I overheard a customer to my right advising that she wanted her rice without the sauces, which prompted a light argument from the food truck worker. When the worker asked the young lady who was taking orders if the customer had requested no sauce, the response given, 'I don't know, maybe, I honestly don't remember'. This is something as the next order taken was mine, and there were a total of 3 customer total at this point. I ordered chicken potstickers & a steak bowl. When I went to the pick-up window, I noticed a large metal container on the prep table that I had assumed held the sauces, but sadly, it contained the fried rice, which was already done. In no world should anyone be subjected to rice like this. In reality, fried rice is made from leftover white rice (usually) cooked over high heat with your choice of add-in items. It takes on average 3 minutes to make fried rice. The fact they had their rice sitting in a warmer guarantees gummy rice. It took 3 minutes, maybe for my lunch. When I took a bite of the potstickers, I recognized the flavor immediately as I purchased these often from Costco for my family, so I knew these were safe. The bowl, on the other hand, was the stuff of sauce nightmares where fools have no knife skills. The zucchini advertised as part of this bowl was one piece cut unevenly about 2 inches long & was drowning in three different sauces it looked like. The smell coming off of it was so questionable that I refused to eat it & found some poor soul to eat it (this poor soul had already purchased something from this truck). The two young ladies working in the truck were rude and dismissive to what few customers they had with questionable cooking skills. The male was just lazy. They have disgraced a culture I love and respect with their poor, uninspired food. Not only did I throw money down the drain, but I was upset with myself for not listening to my gut. As I said, the only safe options were the potstickers and pre-made sauce. Fresno Street Eats needs to distance this truck. Also, every man woman child and animal should run the other way when they see this truck

I have been here twice this week for my first experiences here!…read more The first time I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo!! Omg this was amazingly delicious and great portion size for the price!! The second time I came, I asked the cashier what was recommended...she suggested the Queso-Tacos (birria with consome) combo!! I also ordered the horchata because it's my favorite drink!! And omg!! This food is definitely made with love!! I was told about their process and care in making the food and wow they did not disappoint!! Every bite was like a serotonin flood to my brain!! And omg the horchata was the best I've had in the Clovis/Fresno area!! This place knows what's up!! Be kind and appreciative and they will give you an amazingly delicious meal made with love!! Reminded me of my great grandma's kitchen growing up!! I am glad it was suggested to me that I should come here!! Definitely recommend!!

The meat quality has dropped, and the flavor profile has been really inconsistent. I've tried several different items off the menu to give it a fair shot, and while I had a couple of solid experiences in the past, my recent visits have been disappointing. It feels like something has changed in the kitchen--ingredients, preparation, or maybe the recipes--because the dishes aren't coming out the way they used to. I ordered the surf & turf burrito, and it was extremely dry, with inconsistent meat and a lack of the fresh flavor this place was known for. This is surprising, especially since they have ties to other restaurants in the city that normally deliver high quality. I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope they can get things back on track. If you're looking for fresh ingredients right now, unfortunately this isn't the place. Honestly, you might be better off going across the street to Vallarta supermarket. Hopefully they turn things around, because they used to be one of my favorites.

The counter clerk was patient while we looked over the modest menu! Definitely a burger joint! We ordered the double smasher combo; burger, fries, and fountain drink. Steaming hot and the bun was fresh and delicious! It was a huge burger! I could only eat half. I had to bring half home! The dining area was very clean, the service was friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will be going back again, but may share a burger! Thank you Hammy's. Good food!

I've driven past this spot more times than I can count and every single time I was like... "one…read moreday." It just had that look, you know the kind of place that's either gonna change your life or ruin your afternoon. Plot twist: it changed my life. Slightly dramatic? Maybe. Accurate? Also yes. My fiancée isn't really a burger person, so getting her to agree to this felt like closing a high stakes negotiation. I finally got the green light and IMMEDIATELY knew I made the right call. I went full send and ordered a triple smash burger with loaded fries because self control does not exist when I'm hungry. And bro... this thing was DISRESPECTFUL in the best way possible. Crispy edges, juicy center, cheese melted like it had a purpose in life. Every bite felt like gluttony. The Hammy fries? Yeah those didn't stand a chance. Gone. Eliminated. No survivors. It had a effing burger patty on top. What I really liked is that it's simple but done right. No gimmicks, no trying to be fancy just straight up dialed in smash burgers that hit every time. The kind of place where you take your first bite and just nod silently like "mmhmm... yup.... That's right." Even my fiancée who came in skeptical was like "okay wait this is actually good," which is basically a Michelin star equivalent to me. If you're in Fresno and you like burgers (or even if you think you don't), do yourself a favor and pull up. Just be prepared to leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit.
