Two yeast rolls
Poncella H.

This is my first order. I really wanted a baked potato . I ordered a baked potato with no meat along with a 3 meats plate with 2 sides. The food arrived via a dasher safely with a little heat to it . The first take out container I opened was the 3 meats and 2 sides two sauces which I didn't order were on the side. I was disappointed seeing the small amount of meat in my container. I chose traditional sausage, pulled pork and brisket. My meat plate looked like what was left before closing . My order was placed via doordash less than 2 hours after they opened. The size of the baked potato didn't disappoint. I don't understand why people put yellow mustard in potato salad I don't like it. Everything tasted okay the best food item were the two yeast rolls I was surprised to see in a white paper bag for me to enjoy which I did.

Fresh dinner rolls.

Date night dinner. I tried the chicken with Cole slaw, beans and dinner roll. The chicken had a. Ice Smokey bbq flavor and the bbq sauce drizzled on top made it even better. The staff walked around offering more fresh rolls and shouted out orders in fun way. We received our food super quick. Good taste of Texas treat.

Sausage with brisket green beans and Mac and cheese

Everything went well. The food was great and all the employees had a smile on their face. Would come back here again. Also there was no line even on a holiday. Clean restrooms as well.

No problems with this location. Hot fresh bread, nice people, clean location. The brisket/beef was really good. Moist, but not overly fatty. Everyone was nice. We spilled a drink and the waitress asked us to move to another table due to the clean up of the glass chards. Came around 5:30pm on a weekend. No wait and short lines.

Hard rolls

We bought the family pack to-go for some relatives to enjoy. However, it was not enjoyable for them. The brisket had no flavor and looked like it was left over from a previous day. The rolls and fries were as hard as a rock, which was so disappointing. We have been to Spring Creek in other areas, such as Frisco and Duncanville, and have never had this problem. Will not be ordering from here again.

Dry Brisket

Food was dry. During pandemic Worker had his face mask hanging off one ear while making my plates and was talking over my food. I had to ask them to remake my food. Chopped beef was chewy. Spent $30 on two plates. Very unhappy Spring Creek! And my wife said her brisket was so dry she could not eat it. So so unhappy. I want to just give this to my pets and call it a day.

a welcome sign

My friend had been raving about the garlic lamb chops so I finally decided to order them. I had the lamb chops with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The lamb chops were pretty good. I chose to have mine cooked medium. They were a nice size and it came with five lamb chops. It came with a quite little loaf of bread too that was soft like a pillow! I would highly suggest trying them as I believe they are seasonal.

This restaurant was willing to accommodate the group of 10 of us in the bar with no weight and the service and food was outstanding. We tried just about every steak option on the menu and all were greatly enjoyed. The appetizers were also delicious. The cocktails were quick to come and well-made. This is a good option if you don't wanna wait for the long line at Texas roadhouse or similar venues.

We opted for a pair of 3 meat platters at $16 per plate--lean brisket, ribs and rib tips, links, and the mandatory sides of baked beans and potato salad. The sides were sides, but Meshack's is definitely about the meat. The links had good snap and the ribs were well prepared, separating cleanly at the bite. Both had a flavor profile pleasantly tilted to the peppery side (just the way we like it). The brisket had nice bark and pink ring, but the central Texas rub didn't really kick in until we had them for dinner some 8 hours later. We were happy with the food here, and look forward to another visit. It was fun talking 'cue with Donna, who took good care of us during our visit-- our 99th BBQ stop in Texas, and the 399th nationwide.

It was a full-on spread. Before I even walked in, the place smelled amazing. Inside was clean and dialed. When you're ordering this much food, you half expect some chaos -- but nope. Everything was packed up, organized, and ready to go. Efficient, friendly, no stress. The brisket was fantastic -- tender, flavorful, gone fast. The mac & cheese was a heavy hitter. Definitely one of the first sides to disappear. Hot links had great flavor and the right kick. And the cream corn? That one surprised me. It had a little heat to it that I wasn't expecting, but it worked. Different in a good way. Feeding seven adults isn't small math, and Soulman's made it easy. I'm glad we took the family recommendation because this one's staying in the rotation. Solid BBQ. Zero drama. Exactly what you want.
