It's a little different than most BBQ places as you can often get a plate with one, two, or three meats and sides. Here, you order à la carte with the meats and pay the per pound price and the sides come in a small and large size priced accordingly. We ordered a pound of moist brisket, 1/2lb of ribs, a large Mac and cheese and small beans for 3 people. Everything was really delicious with the brisket having a nice smoke flavor and very tender and the ribs falling off the bone with some nice seasoning and very flavorful. For the sides the Mac and cheese was the winner as it was creamy and very well seasoned. The beans were good but for me it had some kind of tang, possibly tomato base with shreds of meat in the beans. When we left we were also thanked for coming in which a lot of businesses overlook. The food is outstanding and the service friendly. We will definitely be going back. If you are in the garland area definitely check this place out.
