Shout out to Evelyn the sweetest young lady who is the most welcoming and friendly I've ever experience ever at Spring creek bbq. I will start coming back on a regular if she's here. I'm leaving this before even receiving my food that's how great Evelyn service was. No Father's Day deals. I appreciate Evelyn informing me that the BOGO is tomorrow. They don't do it on a holiday. And it'll expire in a week. read more

Ordered 2 bake potatoes. Took about 5 to 8 minutes to my home. Both were not even warm and tried to put butter on both which I requested and my husband's was loaded. Both tasted old as s if they were leftovers from the fridge a few days and not heated long enough. read more

I happen to really like this place. Food itself is mostly on par with many bbq places. Sides are decent as well. The added bonus here is pickle spear! Service is generally good. Manager here is super friendly and plenty of space for large groups. Their fresh bread is amazing and melts in your mouth. Manager that is a veteran from the Navy is just a fantastic individual. read more

I'm a long time customer of the Klein store. The bread is advertised as "Fresh Bread". The bread we got was hard and stale. The person who packed my order had to know it was stale. It seemed like it was at least a day old. Also, I ordered the 3 Meat Combination. The "brisket" was two tiny pieces of pure fat. There was no meat. I work hard all week and just wasted $50 on this place. I'll never order from them again. read more

What an incredible experience, taste, service from afar to to finish. The sandwich and baked potato was delicious. I can't wait to go back.

I am so disappointed with Spring Creek BBQ will never go back. I ordered a two to go lunches cost me 56.00. When I got home there were two tiny pieces of brisket each 4 slices of sausage, the coleslaw was sour tasted like it was not refrigerated I had to spit my first bite out, the meat was full of fat and I had asked for moist not fatty all I got was fat, it was horrible, I will never go back. The mac "N cheese was also old and dry disgusting the beans were even worse. What a waste of money. Never go there. read more

Great package for eight people with a variety of tasty meats and potato salad. Rolls were delicious. Enjoyed the barbecue sauce.

I love this spot lol. I always get the chopped baker all the way with fried okra and jalapeño ranch. No complaints here really, I just have had "better"' bbq at another spot not in the area. I def recommend coming here and getting you some bbq and a side. Their okra and fries are great IMO. Love the free rolls all the same time , and ice cream on Sundays. This is my local go to spot read more

Another great visit to Spring Creek BBQ. I have to say that Aqsa is a lovely, welcoming employee that made us feel at home! I got to meet Izzy, and Sual who also made our visit even more enjoyable! Welcoming, and pleasant staff! The restaurant was nice and clean! It had beautiful decorations on the walls, and you can tell the place is kept up with well. You have to try their Ribs, green beans, and yummy BBQ sauce! Keep up the great work, and thanks for having us! Tony is a great guy to work with, and the best there is! read more

I visited the Spring Creek at 5935 Hwy 6 N today and ordered two 3 meat plate dinners, which come with a total of 4 rolls. When I received my order I asked where my rolls. The cashier proceeds to go back to get them in the food line. They didn't have any there, so she went to the area where they cook the rolls and desserts and they didn't have any ready either. She proceeds to come back and tell me this as if I'm suppose to just say okay for something I paid for. I said I would wait for them to prepare more and she proceeds to say the yeast had not risen so they wouldn't have any more today. I asked well how are you going to compensate me or what are you gonna give me in exchange and they offered buns that they use to make the sandwiches with. I let them know that absolutely would not work. Finally I requested them to write on my receipt that they owe me four rolls and I'll come back another day to get them. I asked them to sign it and they act like they did not want to, then I insisted that a manager sign it because someone can easily think I wrote that on the receipt myself, I can't believe they gave me such a hard time. I'm very disappointed in this locations service and after I go back to get my rolls, I will not be visiting that location ever again. read more

Went for dinner tonight with a friend at 8:40pm and was told they closed at 9pm and would have to take the food to go. It looked like they had already closed up and not interested in serving customers food so we left. Very disappointing and bad customer service for a restaurant. read more

Great service, food, cleanliness. Awesome experience with my family, we even got free ice cream !

Not one employee visible when we walked in. Stood for quite a while tapping on the counter. Finally got our food. Tried to explain to the lady that my husband had a cobbler and ce cream for his birthday. She said she didn't know what I was talking about. After bringing in my phone from the car I showed her the e mail. She finally gave him the gift .We were given one hot roll when we came in. NO MORE. No one even in the baking area. We When we asked for another roll we had to wait for them to be put in the oven and cooked by an employee who was not the one who passed out the first one. This was not our first time to this location but it will definitely be our last read more

The food is always good here, hot and fresh. The staff is friendly. Barbecue ribs were tender and so flavorful, and the brisket is always delicious. Try the barbecue sauce it is good! I always get the green beans, potato salad, or baked beans. The rolls come to your table served hot and fresh. Put on some butter and it melts in your mouth! I went here twice this month. I always bring my friends when they come to town. I like to cater from here when I have a party. They give you a lot of food for your money and it's always good. read more

Excellent BBQ, great service, open friendly atmosphere. Many thanks for helping us with condiments for our community event.

I'm going to be honest here. I like the brisket and sausage combo but it's a little pricey. Also I decided to dine in an hour after lunch rush and the place was empty. I was never offered an extra roll which is customary for this establishment. Due to the fact that the roll lady was on her cell phone the entire time I was there and ignored me. As soon as another couple walked in and dined in she got off the phone and brought the rolls out to them but i still was never offered any. read more

I'm a sucker for good customer service. The young lady that took my order over the phone was so patient and so kind. I knew I was going to like this place. . .i was right. I'm from Mississippi and our BBQ is WAY different than Texas. Our bbq is more flavorful, while Texas has a different twist to see, not bland but pretty good. However, Spring Creek was great. It ain't Mississippi BUT I enjoyed every moment of my ribs and brisket. The peach cobbler was great as well. I highly recommend it. And I'll be back soon! read more

Received chocolate cream pie and coconut cream pie to go tonight and both pies were frozen so we couldn't eat them

Today was a slow day for them! Well it seemed slow. 2pm on a Friday you'd expect more people in there, but who's complaining? We had quick friendly service and got through quickly! I haven't been to a spring creek in a long long time and honestly I don't know why. The food was decent and the prices weren't too bad. I got the twosome which is a sandwich and a baked potato. Pay a bit extra and the sandwich can be filled with brisket. They aren't skimpy with it at all. I recommend that juicy marbled brisket. The sandwich bun wasn't great, but the star is the fillings. I got my baked potato all the way meaning bacon, cheese, chives, butter, and sour cream. It was absolutely delicious. I could live off of baked potatoes alone if only I could live in pj pants lol. To wash it all down I got a cold beer and had a good lunch with my family. If you want conveniences this is the place to be. Also make sure you leave some room for the fresh bread. My sister has never come here before and didn't know and was delighted by the "bread lady" who brings fresh hot rolls in her basket to each table. My only mistake was eating this before work. I'm yawning as I type this. read more

Ribs were a little dry and salted. Sauce was good. Sides were good. Wish there was more of a selection of sides.

I can't believe this place, as I made my way up to pay, the cashier was texting on her phone and hardly even looked at me. She was texting and typing my order into the cash register. I put my card in to pay and thought the order went through. She looks up from her phone and said it didn't go through. I told her the card reader told me to remove my card. I told her, perhaps if you were PAYING ATTENTION instead TEXTING on your phone it might have gone through properly. She calls the manager over and says the machine is screwed up again. Good grief, that girl was completely useless!!! The manager had to come over and ring everything up on a different cash register. Personally, she probably should be let go, in my opinion. read more

Spring Creek is good & the food was hot. Iced tea was pretty watered down though but the food was good. I love that they come around every so often with fresh, hot rolls. Price is a little hefty. For a family of four, don't think about spending less than $55 even if everyone gets water. Good place if you're looking for good brisket & bbq though! read more

Very disappointed in my food I ordered today online. I ordered chopped baker and the potato and ingredients were fine, but the lack of brisket on top of the potato is left to be desired! Are they trying to cut costs by only giving like 1/8 of brisket compared to all the other times I have ordered the exact same thing for years!
